whenever we did something wrong we had a family meeting after talking about it we decide about physical dicipline for instance my sister one time got spanked for 45 minutesfor coming late ...and every single member of family should contribute ,one at a time, in this discipline and spank or cane the "bad" person... we are still getting spanked , my sister is 26 and I'm 24... but we all turn out to be ok people,,,now you think is it really good way to dicipline since we are all college graduate, drug free...

I think that is awesome. I love that there will be another little girl out there with the same name as my little girl. So many people gave me so much crap about it.

Ok, this is strange but I am 35 weeks pregnant and it feels like my baby is taking deep breaths inside of me!?? Is that possible? I mean I can put my hand on my tummy where the baby is and my hand will rise up and down like when you take a deep breath. It is not ME breathing, (I held my breath while doing this to make sure!!) does anyone know what my baby is doing? I mean is it possible I am feeling him breathe or is he just moving? Any SERIOUS suggestions would be great! Thanks!!

Hello This is my first post on this board, and i would like to thank you in advance for any responses. The first day of my recent period is on 1/6/2007on a 28 day cycle. We have been trying to concieve this past month. I currently Feel Bloated, Adominal cramps and light fatigue, My sense of smell has some what increased, Do you think I can be pregnant? also is there any pregnancy tests that i can take now?

After asking my first question i thought i should restate this..My breasts have been sore for a couple of days..my fiance and I where not as "careful" as we could have been 2 weeks ago around the time of my menstration period. I should not get my period for atleast 2 weeks ( i have adnormal periods ) but have suffered some mild stomach cramps, and my breasts are definitly feeling sensitive to all degrees..this is what makes me wonder because i gained weight a few months ago and remember feeling my breasts growing, but this is a sore...if these where early pregnancy signs would they be showing after only 2 weeks?

I have heard some rude comments to people on Medicaid. We do not milk the system and both of us work. I am 14 weeks pregnant and am on Medicaid to provide medical to our child. Granted there are some people who do, but that is NOT the majoritiy. What do the general public think? If we needed to (of course we do not) we would not hesitate to get on food stamps if it provided for our children. The truth is we can not get health insurance and this is the only way we can get on health insurance. I would not care if it were me but we are talking about our child here. I am pregnant and it is important for prenatal visits. I will get off Medicaid after our child, but our child will remain on it. Why do people see all people on Medicaid as "milking the system"??

I was supposed to get my period on the 5th. (says mymonthly.com) ive been using the site for a while and its always correct. i got my period late in the afternoon on the 2nd wasnt heavy just very very light. i had sex on the weekend of the 12-14th of january, i ovulated on the 22nd of january. People say if the sperm survived i could be preg (with a girl) but i dont know anymore. anyways could u be pregnant if ur period comes early, very light last about a day and a half and just stops? (i usually get it and then the night i get it it gets heavier but its not and its stopping quickly and i keep checking). also if it stops and my period or w/e doesnt come back when should i take a pregnancy test and get a accurate answer. thanks alot- would like a lil more feedback then normal lol.

My 9 year-old stepson wants to come up with something to refer to me as other than my first name, which I think is a sweet gesture. However, when asked what he had in mind, his only response was "you know, something like mom... or something like that". Difficult situation, but "mom" isn't the right word for us, unfortunately. Any suggestions? Do you have stepkids? What do they call you?

I never really noticed until recently, but hearing him say my first name does feel very formal and doesn't represent our relationship well at all. Any thoughts?

i have been on this method for almost 2 years, my Dr. initially said i need to "feel for the string" after every menstrual cycle. Well, I have not had a period in 7 months and am not pregnant for sure, but I can no longer feel the string. How does that work? Does it just fuse to your body after so long of being in place?
