Hi. I wasn't 20 when I had my 1st baby, but I can tell you that I was a little scared and upset. Even though I was/am married, I wasn't sure I wanted a baby. I didn't know how to be a mom! I didn't know how to take care of a baby! But let me tell you, when you see that baby for the 1st time on the ultrasound screen and when you feel it move inside, there's no other feeling like it in the world. Just remember to take care of yourself. Take your prenatal vitamins, eat healthy, drink lots of water and go to your doctor appointments. And when your baby is born, your instincts just kick in. You'll have this intense and fierce love for your child. You'll do everything to provide for your baby and do anything to protect it.
I'm not sure what type of personal problems you are having, but whatever you do, make sure you're taking care of and protecting yourself and your unborn child. Talk to your county's local human resources department and they can get you in contact with the people or groups that can help you and your baby. (i.e. health insurance, support groups) Good luck and God bless...

I am a 30 year old mother to five happy and healthy children ages 12, 10, 10, 8, and most recently...4weeks. you can e mail me if you'd like. What a bunch of frigging LOSERS. You just couldn't wait to make babies. Your life is SO meaningless unless you have a baby. Couldn't you wait another 10 YEARS or so? Your life is now OVER for at least 18 years. Good job! My advice...GIVE IT UP FOR ADOPTION.
