No, it isn't. Any bleeding during pregnancy needs to be reported to your doctor. Brown spotting can be a sign of Ectopic pregnancy or impending miscarriage. You should go to the ER or call your doctor.

Many women have some spotting or bleeding during pregnancy. The minor cramping could be round ligament pain. No need to rush out to an ER (the couldn't stop a miscarriage anyways). If the bleeding gets heavy, call and check in with your doc.

It sounds like implantation bleeding. It probably got trapped above the gestational sac and as the sac is growing, it is pushing it out. You may see this brown spotting for about a week or so. The cramps are pretty normal. Your uterus is stretching to accomidate the fetus. As long as the bleeding doesn't get any heavier and the cramping isn't really painful, then it shouldn't be a big deal, but i would inform your OB.

You are most likely okay. I remember the mucus plug comes out with a brownish discharge. Not sure if it happens at 5 weeks. To make sure you are okay, you should call your obgyn's oncall doctor and check. Rest and don't do anything strenuous.

It is but if it turns RED and you have major cramping go to the ER because you are probably miscarrying. Don't have sex until the bleeding stops or even into your second trimester. GOOD LUCK!

That kind of discharge may indicate you have an infection. You really should go to the doctor and be checked out.

I hope that you will go the ER or at least call your OB and see what he/she thinks. Do not panic but do get ahold of your Dr.
