Sorry, but I really hate it. I like traditional names and I hate unconventional spellings - causes a lot of hassle for the child who constantly has to tell people how to spell her name. And as for the apostrophe - nightmare. Your child may well be teased.
To me a Paige should be in a book. Jade and its variants is over-used. I checked on Jayden and it was the 54th most popular name - for boys - in 2005. So there will be a lot of Jaydens around - and the name is SAID more than spelled.
Apparently there is a 100 year rule with names, so why not be original and pick a name like Ethel, Agnes, Mary .......... names that would have been popular then are coming back into style but are still very unusual.
This probably isn't what you want to hear, but that is my opinion.
There is an interesting article on the revival of old names at this link below:
Good luck to you and your baby :)

What's with the apostrophe? What possible purpose could that serve other than to be confusing. Sorry, I don't like the name Jaedn or Jayden regardless of the spelling. Not a big fan of Paige either. Even if you do choose Jaedn though, lose the apostrophe.

I think it is pretty, especially the Paige part. I just don't like the spelling. You should really name her something that people will know how to spell. Having a name that people don't know how to spell right is a nightmare!!

Jaedn' Paige? It sounds like a verb. Like, "What are you doing this weekend?" "I'm jaedn' paige."
It really doesn't work for me. A child should be unique, but not because of her name!

Paige is cute. Jaedn' will cause her trouble her entire life. I think there will be 4 Jaden/Jadon's in her classes. It's very trendy.
