I have no problem getting her to use the washroom for number one, she's been doing it for ages and ages....but she refuses to do number two. I had some sucess in the summer, but throughout the fall and winter she goes in her pants. When I ask her or tell her to go to the potty (it's pretty obvious when she's going), she puts up her hand and continues her business. I've offered rewards, bribes everything!! Any suggestions?

My husband is making our 15 year-old daughter get breast implants. He says it is for her benefit but he insists on choosing the size and doctor. My daughter is confused but my husband keeps buying her gifts to soften her up. Should I let this go ahead or do I put my foot down on this?

I feel confused becasue there is so much stuff that we need and so much to choose from. Do i go ahead and register for everything and what you get is what you get and then worry about it after?? Do i register for big things such as car seat, stroller, high chair?? Or just all the basic stuff like feeding, blankets, clothes??

My boyfriend of 2 years has a 6 year old son from his first marriage and we have a 5 month old daughter together, He babies his son I asked him why and he said It was because I treat him diffrently than our daughter.. I am in no way mean or mistreat his son so don't think that. Is that right they are both his children shouldn't he treat them the same.

I don't think there is a set age, because obviously all babies are different, but what should I be looking for? Is it when he can pull himself to a standing position?

Last night I noticed that my belly is very flat all of the sudden right under my belly button. The baby didn’t kick much yesterday and when she did right before bed it felt VERY low. You don’t think I could have dropped already do you? What to Expect said that those could be signs but it’s not suppose to happen until 2-4 weeks before delivery so now of course I’m worried.

Hi all, last week my sister delivered a boy baby. She is 31 now. For past one week she is unable to breast feed her baby. Doctor said she haven't formed milk in her breasts, they injected to feed her baby. Is that good to mother and baby or will it cause any problem for not able to feed her baby.

She's now decided the word "no" doesn't exist, bedtime is a time for a million and one tantrums, constantly interrupts people, even after being told its not polite. I've been battling her attitude problems since she was 2, and figured she'd grow out of it, but she hasn't. It takes at least 2 1/2 hours after bed time for her to finally stop coming out of her room and go to sleep. She's found a way around every rule that has ever been set, and has now started screaming at us when she doesn't get her own way (about everything!). I'm at my wits end with her, and could use some solid advice on how to better handle her. I don't want her childhood to be bad memories of mom and dad yelling and punishing her all the time.

The dress he takes out of the closet is way in the back he is only 5 and it is hard for him to get at it but he gets it out of the closet. I ask him why and he says he doesnt know why he takes them out. Can you help me please. This is my nephew and it sometimes creeps me out.

My girlfriend has just turned 38 and I'm about to turn 31. There's a 7 and a half year gap between us and we've been together for over a year. We both love each other very much and would like to have a family together. The thing that worries me is her age. I would like to hear from other women in their late 30's and early 40's who perhaps have had a child recently. What was the experience like? Do u think we still have time to have a couple together? My girlfriend hasn't had children yet, but really wants them and I know her clock is ticking. Serious answers only please or thumbs down... thx.

I am seeing several answers on here, including someone who gave a very rude answer on one of my questions about the name of my daughter. They are apparently not understanding why people are using 2 names and have never heard of a middle names before. Its been common for years, so I dont know where they are from, but just so that they know, MIddle or 2 names are given to a baby for many reasons. The middle name is normally not used, but its nice to have. For example if you name your daughter Jennifer Anne, then that doesnt mean you are going to call her Jennifer Anne. You will just call her Jennifer. Its nice to be able to give your child a name of a relative and another name with some other meaning to you also. I was told the "double name" I chose was good for a dog or a cat..lol, I mean come on..The names that I had chosen were brooke, Madelyn, rose, etc...I dont think those are dog names. I was told to think a little. Maybe one of those is my moms name.

I did 6 times last night and about 15 times yesterday during the day. I am starving but I can t keep anything down. I havent ate for 2 days and again this morning I am pukin my guts up. I tried ginger, I tried, white soda like sprite, I tried saltines adn peppermint, I tried warm tea. I even tried OTC meds that the doc sudgested like Mylanta and Maalox. Nothing is working and I am miserable. I cant even keep down water. I am worried my baby will get hurt b/c I am not eating and getting dehydrated. Any sudgestions for hard to beat morning sickness?

Hi all, I am in a great confusion whether I am pregnant or not. I am 23, get married in 05. Till date we had unprotected sex as we planned to have a child but we have non. My periods are irregular after marraige. Last june 2006 I visited Doctor where she found low thyroid and she gave me medications to get normal now I am ok I even checked its normal now. She wrote some medication for ovulution, regular periods and to get pregnant. I am using it for last two months. Now my periods are regular for above 6 months. Lastly I got my periods on Oct 30th, but now in Nov 30th I missed my period. I missed my period for 12 days, I have no symptoms, But I am suffering from right abdominal cramp off and on for past 5 days and I even did pregnancy test twice but it showed me negative. white discharge has appeared for 2 days & felt wet in my panty. I have fixed up an appointment with Doctor on Wed to take blood test to confirm. I feel painy on my right side breast, Is this a symptom for pregnancy.

My six month old has 2 teeth on the bottom and I think he is getting some more on the top, last night when I tried to nurse him, as we always do at the same time everynight before he goes to bed, he bit me. It wasn't just like a nip though, he bit down really hard, I told him no don't bite mommy and of course he thought it was funny. But he kept doing it! He did it about 5 times, I even switched breasts to see if that might help, but it didn't. So in the end I had to rock him to sleep, which I have NEVER had to do. He has nursed everynight to sleep ever since he was born. So I figured that when he woke up again it would be fine and he would nurse as usual, but once again he bit me several times and I had to rock him to sleep. Has anyone had this problem? Oh and I should mention that he WILL NOT drink formula, he is a high needs baby and he knows what he wants and doesn't want, and he doesn't want formula otherwise I would just wean him onto a sippy cup because he wont drink fromabottle
