Has anybody tried any of these? they all do the same thing? what's the difference?

I've tried Fertilaid but never had any luck. But here is my advice:
Well educate yourself on conception and ovulation. Some good websites are webmd.com, babyzone.com, babycenter.com... they have lots of good articles, etc.
Be prepared:
Chart your bbt - a really good website for that is fertilityfriend.com.
Go buy some home ovulations tests - the best one being the Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor but its costly, so a 2nd choice would be the CBE home ovulation tests w/ a smiley face as a result (I've heard they are the best).
Pay attention to what your body is telling you as far as your mucus, etc. That should help you figure out when you are ovulating.
When you are in your fertile time - my biggest suggestion would be to use preseed (www.preseed.com), I have heard lots of good things about it and am actually in the process of trying it myself. You can read success stories about it and other conception aides at www.twoweekwait.com !!!

I use Vitex now because of my irregular cycles. So far it has regulated my cycles. I haven't tried fertilaid, or ovulex.

i'm currently on Ovulex. i've been on it for three months. they say that it can take up to a year for it to work and if it doesn't work they will refund your money in full.
