Labor is horrible. It is painful beyond anything you can imagin. But the second you have that little baby in your arms....IT IS ALL WORTH IT!!

It is a wonderful moment...the process is difficult and painful...however, the joy that a child brings to your life far outweighs that pain.
Children are beautiful gifts from God...and the ability and opportunity to conceive and birth a child is a wonderful and exciting time in a woman's life, if she is, in fact, happy that she is having a child. It could also be very devastating, if a woman becomes pregnant unexpectedly or through some traumatic event and decides to have the child. Nonetheless...life is so precious, creating one is a miracle!

Actually, all the labor leading up to the birth is pretty awful. But that moment when the baby is out, the labor is over, and you're holding that squirmy, kicky thing that's been inside you for so long is the most magical, spiritual, happiest moment of your life.

The magic repeats with every child, too. And somehow it makes the memory of the labor fade so that you're willing to do it again :-)

the actual birthing is a pain in the ***( no pun intended) but it is the experience that people say are the most happiest moment hell during delivery all you want is morphine and more morphine but the little bundle of joy you get afterwords is the greatest! and giving birth is the fasted pain forgotten once the baby comes the pain is only minor.

Both my babies came easily, using no pain-killers. Lamaze classes helped a lot with preparing, but each woman is different. My abcessed tooth and root canal hurt ten times worse than childbirth! However, no matter what kind of labor a mother has, having a tiny person to love at the end of it makes it a worthwhile experience.

It depends ether your looking at the temporary pain of labour or the wonderful miraculous gift of a new baby. I have two boys, and I am 36 weeks pregnant with my third baby now, a girl. Its very hard to explain unless youre there, but it truly is a wonder when you have been pushing for hours and carrying this baby around for months inside of you, and then at the final push theres the sound of your little baby crying, theres nothing like it, very emotional and very exhilarating. Abit like running a marathan and coming to the finish line!

The birth experience I had when I delivered my son was incredible and wonderful!
I have heard women say that it is so horribly painful, but I must confess that my experience was not extremely painful. To ME, it just felt like strong cramps, and the pain was manageable. I also delivered completely natural, without any drugs of any kind.
So, for me it was the most incredible moment!!

It's a combination of both. When I had my daughter it was one of the most painful experiences of my life and because she came quickly, 20 minutes, there was no time for an epidural. Life is balance and to me the excruciating pain is followed by the joy I get everyday from having her in my life.

Yeah I can honestly say that the actual Labor part is complete HELL. Because it hurts so bad but, Once that sweet little angle is out and you get to here her/him cry and you hold it in your arms. You honestly forget about everything. Seriously, it's the best thing that's ever happened to me in my life. And im pregnant again and Im sooooo excited to do it again just for that feeling you get when you see your little angle for that first time. And I had them all Natural. If I can do it, Anyone can do it.
