My fiance is against us having our child. He is convinced that it will be the end of our relationship, and he has something negative to say about any words of encouragement that I bring to him. I don't know what to do. I want to have our child together with both of us happy about it.

Is it possible to get pregnant if you are irregular and have long cycles ie 39 days?????

I am a workaholic, is it wrong to even want to return to work at 6 weeks? Does it really affect the child? What if I was able to bring my child to work? any advice or ideas are welcomed

i am going to Cornwall next year and i have 2 children - one is 7 and the other will be 2. Are there any good games that we can play in the car that will amuse them. I am not driving my boyfriend is.... i know we can sing songs but i dont really have any other ideas, please help me. I dont want my youngest to cry all the way there (as its about 6/7 hours away)

his is my first pregnancy so I don't take any chances. It is a full body massager with heating elements from Homedics(r). It has 3 different speeds and can vibrate feet, hips, back, and head. Is that dangerous for my unborn baby (during 1st trimester)? Is the heat dangerous?

How can I stop my 3 year old from comming into our bedroom at night? She doesnt sleep in bed with us..Usually on the floor beside the bed (theres a pallet there). She goes to sleep just fine in her own room but by 2am shes in our room. How can I stop this and keep her in her room?

My husband and I are on a roll with names that start with "BR"
Our daughters name is Brianna and our sons name is Brayden, and I'm pregnant again we are unsure of the sex of the baby at this point so we are picking out names for both we can't seem to agree on a name for our boy though. We have agreed on Brooklyn for the next girl but the boys name has us butting heads
He would like to name the boy Brice or Bryce (just different spellings)
I would like to name him Brannigan or Brennigan
What do you think or do you have any other unique suggestions for a boys name starting with "BR"

I'm 9 mos pregnant- the reason I posted this in pregnancy is because I am hoping some of you are also pregnant and I won't seem so crazy to you... LoL
My husband has a 9 MO Jack Russell Terrier and we have an 8 WO kitten... My husband did no research whatsoever on JRTs before getting the damn dog so now while he is at work all day, I'm stuck dealing with this obnoxious little fooker who gets nervous easily and cant hold is pee or poop overnight so every morning I wake up to his poop and pee in the hallway. My husband says he is "part of the family" so we can't keep him in a cage because we wouldn't do that with our daughter (I think his way of looking at it SUCKS). I have enough stress trying to get this stupid little cat litter trained without getting whatever disease or infection can come along during pregnancy due to cat poop. He also refuses to fix the dog so he'll calm down more because he doesn't want to "take away his balls". So the dogs "man" pride means more? WTF? HELP ME!

I know insomnia is normal during pregnancy, but the thing is I'm only 13 weeks pregnant and can't sleep no longer than an hour or two at a time. I go to bed at 10:00 p.m wake back up an hour or so later, can't go back to sleep for a few more hours, then maybe sleep two and back up again. This goes on all night long. It's really starting to drive me nuts, so any one who can maybe give me some ideas on what to do to sleep better would be greatly appreciated. Please dont' tell me to to take any sleep aid pills, because even if there are some that are safe to take while pregnant, I'm not much on taking any medication. Basic tylenol is all I ever take. I just don't understand it. I never had trouble sleeping before and I thought this happened more when you where further along, not only 13 weeks. Thanks.

Someone I know keeps trying to tell me that if there are a lot of boys in a family then you have boys and the same for girls! I keep telling her that doesn't matter, that it's 50/50 but she keeps telling me I'm wrong. Does anyone know of any articles to support me? Or am I wrong??? My dad has more brothers and had 4 girls and 1 boy, I have 4 sisters and ended up having 2 boys! What is she talking about???? ( I think it stems from the fact that she wanted a boy but had 2 girls and her husband has 1 brother and 3 sisters - so the "therory" would fit for her). If you know of any websites with some information please list (I've searched and searched but can't find any).

Ladies. I know how hard it is emotionally when trying to get pregnant. I had a miscarriage in April and just found out I'm PREGNANT!

I wanted to post what worked for me in hopes that it might work for you aswell.

5mg of letrozole days 3 -7 to make me ovulate...
Had ovulation ultrasounds to monitor when I would ovulate.
Took 81 mg of baby asprin from the 1st day of my cycle to build up my uterine lining.
Got an hcg shot when I was ready (by the u/s) to make me ovulate w/in 24 - 36 hours.


I want to share because I want you all to be pregnant!!!!!

p.s. I have PCOS and do not have a period w/out taking the meds.

I am switching out of Spanish class to a reading class, and I am so flippin happy! Is there anything wrong with that?

I have never met my 12 yr old nephew and he lives in GA, and I live in MI. I just located my 1/2 sister after 39 yrs of searching and I wanted to send my new nephew a Red Wings game jersey for Christmas because he plays hockey. I have daughters and I don't know how boys fit in their shirts. I don't want to ask my sister because I want it to be a surprise.
