o hunny i hear ya..!
im about 10 weeks now and i have been suffering for the last month with brutal sickness and mine lasts all day, im hoping it will subside by about 12-14 weeks
try saltine crackers and when you eat, take it slow and try not to drink while eating.
try leaving saltine crackers by your bed and nibble on them as soon as you wake up
stay away from rich fatty foods and ask your doctor about a prescription called diclectin. it helps with the nausea while pregnant.
hang in there, for most women, the sickness usually goes away by the 14th week at the latest

there is a natural remedy for anti-morning sickness. I took it but do not remember the name. Do an internet search and look at the pics of the bottle. It is a brown glass bottle with a blue label picturing a pregnant woman drawn on it. I believe she is holding her stomach. Sorry this is the best description I have. I ordered it online and it worked better than anything else. It took several days but what a relief! You have to take about a tsp. 3 to 4 times a day (I just took a small swig out of the bottle). It has ginger and emetrol in it. Good luck! Oh yeah, it cost about $25 but it was well worth it.

I am 8 weeks pregnant and throw up all day. Since my 'morning sickness' has hit the only thing that has worked for me was warm, weak tea adn saltines. I tried ginger snaps and sprite, I tried ginger ale and saltines... just about everything thats been sudjested and so far the only thing that gives me some relief that I can keep down is warm tea and saltines. When I eat the saltines it also helps if I put the side with the salt on my tounge. I know it sucks. Good Luck.

Keep a couple of dry bicuits by your bed to start the day and don't move around till you've had them! Ginger nuts may help. Some people just have to deal with it though. The good news is it usually stops by the end of the fourth month. Here's hoping...

I'm having the hardest time too trying to find something to soothe the stomach. I recently tried eating waffles like Eggo's, with either a little butter or jelly, the syrup is just upset my stomach more. That's been working for me. I also heard peppermint flavored stuff works too but I haven't come to any conclusions on that one. If not go to the doctor and they can prescribe you a medication for the nausea. However if you find something else that works please let me know!

When i got nasuea and i got it alot in the beginning, hard candy worked great for me. Even stuff like jolly ranchers, peppermints, cinnamon disks.....i would just eat one and amazingly it worked...not everytime but a lot of the time. Also i read if you eat smaller meals more often and avoid large meals it can help. I use to also snack on things like cheese when i got nasuea. That helped sometimes. Good luck!!
P.S. i just read someones answer to try bepto, i have heard you can not take that while pregnant, so please please check before trying that!! Again good luck

Try the sea band braceltes they sell in chemists. They work by putting pressure on the pulse points and people swear by them - may be worth a go xxx
