Ladies. I know how hard it is emotionally when trying to get pregnant. I had a miscarriage in April and just found out I'm PREGNANT!
I wanted to post what worked for me in hopes that it might work for you aswell.
5mg of letrozole days 3 -7 to make me ovulate...
Had ovulation ultrasounds to monitor when I would ovulate.
Took 81 mg of baby asprin from the 1st day of my cycle to build up my uterine lining.
Got an hcg shot when I was ready (by the u/s) to make me ovulate w/in 24 - 36 hours.
I want to share because I want you all to be pregnant!!!!!
p.s. I have PCOS and do not have a period w/out taking the meds.

an hcg shot is giving my your doctor when he has determined that your eggs are mature enough to ovulate. So you would have to have ultrasounds to determine that. The shot is giving to ensure that you do ovulate and you can get the timing down more acuratly.
