Are misscariages sometimes mistaken by periods or vise versa? how does a women know if its a misscariage or just a period? and if it is a misscarriage do you need any special treatment after one?

My 2 year old doesn't eat. He will only eat french fries, pancekes, yoghurt and grapes. He drinks milk, but I'm worried. Should I be?

Sometimes we are just so caught up in things and forget to show our children how much they mean to us. This was emailed to me, just wanted to share...
To My Child:
Just for this morning, I am going to smile when I see your face and
laugh when I feel like crying.
Just for this morning, I will let you choose what you want to wear, and
smile and say how perfect it is.
Just for this morning, I am going to step over the laundry, and pick
you up and take you to the park to play.
Just for this morning, I will leave the dishes in the sink, and let you
teach me how to put that puzzle of yours together.
Just for this afternoon, I will unplug the telephone and keep the
computer off, and sit with you in the backyard and blow bubbles..
Just for this afternoon, I will not yell once, not even a tiny grumble
when you scream and whine for the ice cream truck, and I will buy you
one if he comes by.
Just for this afternoon, I won't worry about what you are going to be when you grow up, or second guess every decision I have made where you
are concerned.
Just for this afternoon, I will let you help me bake cookies, and I
won't stand over you trying to fix them.
Just for this afternoon, I will take us to McDonald's and buy us both a
Happy Meal so you can have both toys..
Just for this evening, I will hold you in my arms and tell you a story
about how you were born and how much I love you.
Just for this evening, I will let you splash in the tub and not get angry.
Just for this evening, I will let you stay up late while we sit on the
porch and count all the stars.
Just for this evening, I will snuggle beside you for hours, and miss my
favorite TV shows.
Just for this evening when I run my finger through your hair as you pray, I will simply be grateful that I was given the greatest gift ever given.I will think about the mothers and fathers who are searching for their missing children, the mothers and fathers who are visiting their children's graves instead of their bedrooms, and mothers and fathers who are in hospital rooms watching their children suffer senselessly, and screaming inside that they can't handle it anymore.And when I kiss you good night I will hold you a little tighter, a little longer. It is then, that I will thank God for you, and ask him for nothing, except one more day..............

Hi! Heres my question. I want to get my 6 yo a bike for christmas. The one she has now is way to small, and she gor it when she was 3 or 4. But, since it's gonna be a xmas present,how do I know what size to get her. I know it's either 18 or 20 inch, but how can i judge which one? I want one with an adjustable seat, so the bike will grow woth her, and one that she wont qiickly out grow. But, i want her to be safe and not have to struggle to reach the pedals. Any opinions or bike experts out there? She is tall for her age, around 58 inches last i checked 6 months ago.

before my husband and i got married we talked about kids and agreed that we only want two about two years apart. our first son just turned one and whenever i bring up the possibility of trying for the second and just keeps saying not right now. he says its because he wants to get out of debt first but our tax return this year will basically pay off everything but our two four wheelers that we want to pay on schedule to help our credit. i tried explaining to him that we will have time to get out of debt months before the baby will even come. i understand that it is a decision that we both must come to an agreement on but i feel like i am wrong for pushing the issue so much. any ideas on how i can convince him without violating his feelings on the issue?

When you put a child up for adoption don't you get money for it from the agency, so why is it illegal to sell your baby to a family if they're willing take over as the parents. I'm not selling my kids I'm just wondering about that whole adoption thing because I know people that have adopted children and paid as much as $50,000 per child..........Things that make me go "Hummmmmm"!

Hi. I was on the depo shot for about 6 years, but recently stopped getting the shot about 3 months ago. My fiance and I are not really trying to be careful....so we both know there is a potential for a baby. Well, in the last couple of days my breasts have been really sore and my lower abdominal area feels kind of hard. I just ended my last period about two weeks ago, so I dont think I could be starting again? I took a pregnancy test last night and it was negative...but Im not buying it. Anyone out there know if its possible to have pregnancy symtpoms that soon after a menstrual cycle and is it even possible to become pregnant that quickly after being on the depo for so long?

okay i took a first resoponse and it had two lines one was negitive.. could i have tested to early?? i have been feeling very tired, nauseated, breast hurts, emontional, heartburn, moody, hungry, peeing alot; had sex on 10-28-06 &10-29-06 & 11-06-06 ovulated on 10-27-06 had my period on 11-07-06. could i still be pregnant even though the test was negitive?? did i test to early or was the test right?? i really need to know!!

My last period started on October 23rd...This last Friday..actually 3:30 in the morning on Sat!..I had unprotected sex. I was wondering if my chances of being pregnant are even high. I took a pregnancy test this afternoon and it came back Negative..I am getting really sick when I wake up and in the shower..but I may have caught the bug going around...I kinda feel akward..and my breast are really tender..I usually don't have that problem when I get ready to start...but it may all be in my head!..any help would be great! I had my IUD removed a little over 2 weeks ago and at that time my doctor told me that I was very fertile and that there was a high chance that I would become pregnant very soon. Two days later my husband and I had intercoarse and it was very painful for me and I started bleeding and passing huge clots. The bleeding only lasted for about 2 days. My period was due last week and I took a clearblue digital pregnancy test and the test stick had 2 lines but the test read not pregnant. If I were pregnant I couldn't be much more than 2 weeks and I'm thinking it's too soon to tell but I'm not sure. Please help

The last few questions i have asked have been about pregnacy.Now im curious how much is having a baby and then getting married accepted?Also whats a good way to break the news to my mom over the phone that im pregnet when she is 1000 miles away?Im 20 years old I have been with my boyfriend for 1 1/2 years.Im adopted and have herd from my mom all my life dont get preg to young and not before your married. I am currently unemployed but had decided to go to nurseing school.My boyfriend has a good job but i just don't know if it can support 3 people while im going to school.we had been talking about getting married next summer but I havent mentioned it but a few times to my mom.Really i just wanna know how can i tell my mom about my pregnancy and what to say to help her understand im not throwing my life away.This would be so much easier if we were already married. Any sugguestions?

I'm twelve weeks and I've been a trooper! LOL I found out I was pregnant on September 28, and that weekend when the nausea started and it has not let up! I've been so tired, too. That has def. gotten better, but it's still there. I just can't keep up with work, or house work, etc. Last week I thought it was finally letting up, but this week it has been back with a vegence! Please look in your crystal balls and tell me when I will feel better:(

so i am 6 weeks pregnant and started spotting with a little brown blood. i have had little cramps but nothing 2 bad. my gyn told me 2 stay off my feet and i needed an ultrasound. i just got home from it and although im 6 weeks pregnant only 5 weeks was showing. they said they saw no heartbeat but they were a little confused about the dates. I need to go back in 7-14 days for another ultrasound. they told me either the baby is growing slow or it just stopped growing at the 5 weeks period.. i am really upset and was wondering if this ever happened to anybody else....i would like 2 know if the baby survived? i have been reading a lot online and im really scared but they said the sac is still their showing a miscarriage hasn't taken place YET* please help!

my period is always the last week of the month, and even tho i never count the 28 days or write down when i start or any of that- i know i need to so dont tell me that! lol! Anyway how do you know when you are ovulating? When my son was born I noticed both of his index fingernails were thicker and came to a point at the tip. His doctor told me nothing was wrong and they would grow out. He is now 5 monthes old and nothing has changed. I am just wondering why his fingernails are like this and can I do anything to help make them "normal".
