Lots of things, the common reasons for dizziness is that your little one is need of blood and is taking YOURS, lol making you feel light-headed/dizzy. Nausea? well some women have it and some just don't. Crackers, ginger ale seem to work best. Try Iron pills to increase your blood and make you less tired and dizzy, best wishes to you:-)

I've been told that the nausea is caused by the increase in pregnancy hormones, which is why nausea is usually considered a "good sign". I have typically had next to no nausea during pregnancy and had to take extra hormones- no fun.
