What if any is the best way to make my chances of having a girl first. Does family history have anything to do with it? If so my mom and my sister both had baby girls as their first child.

Family history has nothing to do with it Take a look at the Chinese birth chart, its supposed to be about 99% accurate. You choose which month to attempt conception according to your age and the sex of the baby you wany. See link below :D

I have already 2 boys and so my hubby and I wanted another child we tried all the suggestions to try to have a girl. But believe me this is just one of those things where you don't get to choose. We are having our 3rd boy and even though I was alittle sad I can't wait to see him in about 11 wks!!! Sorry this isn't something you probably wanted to hear, but best of luck to you. P.S. Just ignore the people that shame you for wanting a certain sex, they think everyone has to be super-human like them LOL :)

rthere is no for sure way of tell if you are going to have a boy or a girl before you get pregnant but i have heard if there are more girls in the family you chance of haveing a girl are big and the same thing for the boys but there is no for sure way just be happy with what you get and that it is healthy best of luck to you on getting your girl when you are ready

Really tehre isn't a way to have a girl or boy. and it doesn't depend on the woman. its the man that carries the gender chromosome. There is only a 50/50 chance of getting a girl or boy.

Genetics class... you have a 50% chance at a boy, and a 50% chance at a girl. It doesn't matter if you've got boys on your side and he does too. It's all a coin flip.

i think it could help having a family history lyk tht as most of my family has had girls first. my nanna had a girl first and then my aunty and my mom bof had girls first. hope i helped xx.

it depends on the man, its his sperm that determines the babies sex.
i will give u the same advice as the woman who wanted a boy. while u r having sex keep repeating the word "girl" over and over again until the sex is over. :-)

That's selfish. You should be happy with whatever you get. There are people in this world who would give anything for a child and you're worried about getting a girl first?
