okay; asked a ? hours ago but no response..?

okay i took a first resoponse and it had two lines one was negitive.. could i have tested to early?? i have been feeling very tired, nauseated, breast hurts, emontional, heartburn, moody, hungry, peeing alot; had sex on 10-28-06 &10-29-06 & 11-06-06 ovulated on 10-27-06 had my period on 11-07-06. could i still be pregnant even though the test was negitive?? did i test to early or was the test right?? i really need to know!!

it was a a stright line and an upside down line... my period was 11-7-06 to 11-10-06. i don't know if i read the test right.. cause it said that if the test read + it was positive and if it had a - it was a negitive and my test had a - so i don't know what to do...

Since you had a normal period I would say that your probably not pregnant. But anything is possible. But if you are sure that you have ovulated on 10/27 you must have missed your fertile time. As for the symptoms of pregnancy, these are symptoms every woman can get and since it is 11/15 you could be getting close to your next ovulation date and these are your signs. Take a test again but I think it would show negative as before. Hope everything goes OK.

How long did the period last from 11-07? If it was just spoting, not a long duration of bleeding, it could've been implantation bleeding. THe home tests are accurate 14 days after conception, (roughly) so if the hormone that tells the test (hcg) you're pregnant hasn't built up enough yet, you may get a possitive result in the next week. You certainly could have done the test too early. And yes you could be pregnant. I have tried home pregnacy tests about 3 times, all saying negative, although I was indeed pregnant, and I knew i was because i was using the basal body temperature method to try to get pregnant.
If you are trying to conceive, you could actually be subconsiously suffering these side effects because you want to be pregnant.
You could ask your doctor to do a blood test which is more accurate than urine test, but he may not do it this early on, unless you give him sufficient reason for needing to know right away. With my 2nd child I requested a blood test but Dr. told me to wait till 2-3 more months. I was postive i was pregnant, but needed to be sure. I was drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes. With my pregnancy now, (6 months) I needed an xray and demanded a test in the hospital.
The basal body thermometer can be bought at drug stores. You take your temp (vaginally, or rectally ) each morning before any activity, upon waking. If you are infact pregnant, your temp will continue to rise each day. If after a few days, the temp is not climbing more than the day before then chances are you are not. If you try this for a quick answer, you must be sure to follow the instructions:take temp at as close to same time each morning as possible, do not do any activity whatsoever before taking temp. a few things could give you a false reading: alcohol consumption nite before, sore throat, cold, vomitting, fever, medications. etc.

Your best bet is to wait a few days and take another test. Word of advice get a 3 pack of tests and test a few days apart. I did that and the first 2 were negative and third positive. Everyone is different. I was 3 weeks late when I took my first test. Hope t comes out what you want.

okay, if your last period was just a few days aog, then yeah it is way too soon to detect pregnancy. Though sometimes you will bleed (light bleeding) thinking it is your period when in fact it is something called "implantation bleeding" which is when the sperm is planting, and making a baby... however... i took a dollar store brand pregnancy test 3 days before my period was due it had 1 negative line and one very very light postive line... come to find out now that i am 3 months pregnant... so i would wait until about 2 days before you next period is due....

k if it was one line the a line like this -- then yea you are!I've takin a lot of pregnancy tests..the one i took to find out if i was pregnant the 5th time was one line up and down,and one across.When you concieved did you spot?Was it light blood?like a pinkish?Reason I'm asking is cuz you might have mistakin your period for conception.Best thing to do is go get another test.The dollar store has real cheap ones,and mine have come out positive..all you do is pee in a cup and there's a little tube that you suck it up in,and put it on the test.Or you can just get the ones that you pee on a stick.Best time to take the test is in the morning because that's when your HCG levels are the highest.Good Luck

You may have tested too early.....count from the first day of your last period, if you had sex on days 10-16 the odds are really good that you could be pregnant. also as far as all the symptoms go, they could be real and they could just be psychosomatic, especially if you want to be pregnant. good luck!

Of course you could be pregnant. I would try taking another test and if still negative, go to the doctor and have a blood test done.

sounds like you could be pregnant. Take the test again. Try to wait another day to test, but if you are pregnant the test results should be more 'intense' and accurate as time passes...at least for the first couple of weeks. Otherwise, you might have the flu

you need to wait a day or two after your first missed period before getting an accurate reading from a home pregnancy test. try in again then. Hope this helped...good luck
