my son has a little problem talking and his teacher doesnt understand him but every one alse does she also says he is bad in class and dosnt listen to her i dont understand what the problem is because he never had this problem before in the other schools hes been to he has so many good student awards and everything he always does his work and has no problem doing it he gets it done before all the rest of his class the others have much more problems doing it. the other day the teacher got mad at me saying that since i dont work there should be no problem with him talking and behaving in class so why is he like this and you should spend more time with him and that im not a good parent because she cant understand him just yelling at me and saying mean things to me should i say something to her or the princible or someone else what do you think.

Hi! I'm 5 weeks pregnant, and i'm experiencing cramping, kind of like pms cramps or a little worse. It come and goes... and doesn't hurt serverly. Is this normal? We moved over the weekend, and I didn't lift anything too heavy, but I did have a lot of the moving stress! This is my first pregnancy, and I guess I'm not quite sure what is normal or isn't. Thanks for all the help!

I was wondering to all you moms out there with more than one child, I was wondering if you breastfed or didnt and which one of you guys went flatter than before you got pregnant, I breastfed for only about a week and went flatter than I was before so I was wondering if you guys didnt breastfeed and kept your chest size, I know it is healthier for the baby to breastfeed but I am just wondering, cause if I have a big healthy baby like I did first then I might not breastfeed, unless otherwise.

I am 2 months pregnant...20 years old... I had my first ulltrasound at 6 weeks the baby was perfectly healthy, perfect heartbeat, etc. This is my first pregnancy and I am sooooo worried about miscarrige. I work with the developmentally disabled and we have one in the classroom that grabs and pulls, he doesnt hit, just pulls and grabs. I was just wondering if anyone else experiences this worry...and what are the chances for miscarriage at 2 months? When does the percentage go down for miscarrige?anyways thanks...

I am 5 mo + preg. with our first baby! His name is Jimmy and the name Jimmy/James has been documented in his family history since the 1800's. He wants the first name to be Jimmy like his and won't consider anything else. It feels so wierd referring to by baby as Jimmy. I don't know how to get him to consider using a different first name. I have put name books by the toilet, written out lists of names I like and he says no to all of them. I feel the baby should have his own name and we can use Jimmy or James as a middle name. I love him and would be fine I guess with naming it Jimmy as well but, it doesn't feel right when I say it at all. I don't want to sound selfish but, I don't like it at all. I haven't had the heart to tell him no and I am not sure if I will. Has anyone else named their child the same name as their husband? Does it grow on you? ty for advice.

I had sex with my boyfriend a day before i started ovulating.I don't think i'm pregnant but he thinks i am because he's sick and i'm not. I heard that some couples that try to have a child the male get the sickness instead of the female but i truly don't know. Can someone please explain to me how this works?

SIDS? My baby is very active, back to stomach & stomach to back with ease. He's heads-up a lot, and starting to pull up. He's 6mo but I'm still terrified of SIDS. Could someone ease my mind?

I take my temperature with a basel bottom thermometer and does ovulation occur the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd day before my temp. hits 98 degrees. From what I have been told once your temp hits 98 degrees there is little chance to conceive. The fertile days are the days leading up to the 98 degree mark.

K so i woke up This am and I had spots of like dry blood. I came to work telling myself to keep an eye on it. I get to work and im bleeding alot like period blood. So I freek out. I go right to the hospital and they set me up on the stress test thing. Of corse I wanst bleeding alot when I got there. It was liked dried blood again. Anyways..... Everything looked fine on the stress test, but I was just so scared when I saw alot of blood. They didnt seem to think it was such a big deal. Im not bleeding anymore (liitle signs of dried blood) They "think" it was my "plug"..... Has anyone had this happened to them too. Did you bleed when you lost your plug? (im not dialiated)

My first view visits the doctor told me that I was due on one date and now at 24 weeks my doctor says that they are keeping the due date that they have, but with measurements and by the ultrasound I am due 2 weeks earlier. What should I go by? I mean, the first date or the measurement date? If you are already a parent help me out.

I am 13 weeks pregnant and I just have this awful feeling that something is wrong. Until about a week ago, my tummy was huge and I felt bloated and awful all the time. Now my belly seems to have shrunk a little and other than feeling sick sometimes, I don't really feel pregnant. Any ideas?

It seems that almost overnight, my daughters diet has almost cut in half, she isnt as interested in food as she was for the last 3 months or so. Is this likely to be because she had been going through a growth sput, and required more calories at that time? Could her body just need less now? Thanks

My 11 year old son got into a fight with our 9 year old neighbor this weekend. According to all sides of the story, the 9 year old was picking on my 9 year old, so the 11 year old got into it with 9 year old neighbor, verbally. The 9 year old, then, put my 11 year old in a head-lock and started kicking him in the shins, so my 11 year old punched him. The 9 year old, then, ran crying into his house and told his dad, obviously leaving out that he had started the fight, and the dad came out and threatened my 11 year old with violence! This man is big, too - 6'5"- and my son was scared.
I'm not at all condoning my son punching the younger kid, but he swears he did it in self-defense. What else could he do? But, should I say anything to the dad? I'm not sure it will make any difference. What I've already done is forbid the kid from comeing over anymore. He's such a trouble maker, no one will miss him and I don't want his dad threatening the kids anymore. What would you do?
