I like traditional names......but not too common....I am expecting a little girl.

I like all 3 of those names. I think you should go with Darla. I know several babies named Charlotte and Lila, but none named Darla.

Charlotte is a beautiful name, here are some other ones I like:
Sophia
Dafnie
Margaret(Shortenings are usually Maggie, Marge, Marnie, etc..)
Agatha
However, Charlotte, among those, sounds like the most beautiful. If I were not 16 years her superior, I would be quite impressioned by such a splendid name.

Darla or Lila
Charlotte is to old sounding and to long remember the child has to learn to spell it

They're all names that older people would have but I've always been a fan of the name Charlotte. I've always liked the name Claire as well.
