Pregnancy & Parenting - 13 October 2006

I would like a baby. I come off my pill on the 14th September, I had a period on the 18th Of september. Since then My partner and I have had intercourse 3-4 times a week. I had sight spotting 2 weeks after my period (which i thought could of been implantation bleeding or maybe even just as my pill was coming out of my system?)

I was due on my Period 2 days a go and have not yet come on. I did a test the day I was due on which showed a negative result :o(. I have been feeling quite sick latley and feel the need to urinate and eat more often.

Please give your honest advise people, THANK YOU SO MUCH :O)

hey guys

i'm on the pill and yesterday (friday) i pissed taking it i'm supposed to take it at 7PM every night but i completly forgot. i jus remembered to take it and its now 11.15.., i took it 16 hrs late... is there any chance that i coud be pregnant...i have a 28 day cycle and i'm on CD13.

I'm 15 and I'm pregnant in 34-th week(the beginning of 9-th month).When I was in 7-th month I started to have painless contractions.One was the one day,the other was 2-3 days later.I have read it's normal.Everything was ok before this morning.At 5:12 in the morning I had a painful contraction.35 minutes later I had another one and I started to worry really much.My father doesn't live with us(and we don't know each-other) and my mother is at work from early in the morning to late evening(only today).I'm afraid if the delivering is beginning:(Please help me!

my three year old son bedwetts at night twice or even thrice.i make him waer diapers at night.how can i make him not to bed wett at night,once i used to take him twice at mid night to pee,but now as im working and feel very tired after coming back home and at most night by 10 i feel very sleepy and never gets up once i goes to bed,so i make my son wear diapers through out the night.so how can i make him not to wet his bed or diapers at night and stay dry.please advise.

my husband just left for Iraq a few days ago and our 3 month has been so cranky since he left, won't sleep for more than a few hours at a time, and just really upset. I wonder if he knows that my husband is gone and misses him. My mom (who lives nearby) says it's silly because he's too young to remember people and if he can't see you he doesn't think about you; that he's just upset because I've been upset and I need to give him to her for a few days until i get settled down. To me I would think that'd just make things worse since he'd be seperated from both parents. Any thoughts? thank you!

Ihave two children.They are 4 and 2 years old.They usually get hungry around 5 pm.My husband gets home at 6 pm.By the time he showers and cleans up it's 6:30.Even 6 is too late for my children.When i know they are hungry,i have to give them dinner.I don't eat dinner.I do sit dawn with my husband but it's not the whole family dinner the way i want to.I just don't want my children to get used to this.The way i was raised was for everybody come to the table,thank god for the food and eat as a family.I think that's the right way.How do i do that?

Help me please!!! I live in Sacramento, California and the father of my baby girl is not wanting JOINT LEGAL CUSTODY OF HER AND UNSUPERVISED VISITATION RIGHTS. Mind you, he has never ever seen her, touched her, held her and she is 11 months old. He wanted me to have an abortion. He stated already in court he was giving up his rights and visitation and wanted nothing to do with us. Now he is wanting joint legal custody and unsupervised visitation. However, the crucial thing - he states he has no financial means to support a child and had no say in my pregnany he barely made 5,000 last year and doesn't think either of us is fit to be a parent. He wants to give her up for adoption or give her to my parents and for us to go through psychological evaluation, then he states again, he is not financially capable of caring for a child. I live in a second floor flat. My husband is out most of the time working.I have an 18 month old daughter who is a very active and happy baby.She is very friendly with all our neighbours and friends and is loved by all in the building.Recently my maid told me about our first floor neighbour who lives just below our flat telling others that she is having problem with the screaming and squealing of my baby as it disturbs her peace at home.My baby is in this habit of moving and dragging things around the house and she had been very cranky till last week maybe because of her teething.All this sound and noise is disturbing her downstairs.
Now I really don't know how to handle this because she is planning to come and complain to me about all this one of these days.And I have been feeling very bad after hearing this because I really do not know what to do? I have no idea what that lady wants me to do. Does she expect me to tie up my poor baby and tape her mouth or something? Please help.

okay...i'm 31 weeks preg and i had a check-up today at 2:00. i got there 15 minuts early and signed in. i waited and waited. there was only one couple in the waiting room when i got there. people would come in after i was already there and go straight back to the rooms. after i had been there for an hour (its now 3:00) they called me back to pee in the cup and take my blood pressure. then they told me to go back to the waiting room. i sat there for another 45 minuts while people came and left. finally i had enough and stormed out. i'm changing my Doctor monday morning. BTW this was only the 2nd time i had been to the Dr. b/c i didn't see a Dr. until i was 26 weeks preg b/c i didn't have insurance and now that my husband is paying $120.00+ a WEEK i feel as if i shouldn't have to "wait in line" for that freakin long just to see the dr. for a check up. was i wrong to storm out? (i didn't technically storm...just left in a huff...)
