Just make sure you have regular checkups with your OB-Gyn and follow the instructions they give you. Since you are older (and more so if this is your 1st pregnancy) you are considered high-risk in that there are more complications associated with older pregnancies.
Which makes it imperative for you to have regular checkups if you haven't started already.

I know that this probably isn't the answer that you're looking for, but I'd talk to a gynecologist. To be honest, when women thirty and over get pregnant there are some complications and it does make the pregnancy more challenging-- that is if you want to keep it.
Regardless of which path you choose, I wish you luck.

Are you already pregnant or trying to get pregnant?
If you're trying to conceive, take folic acid daily, cut back on caffeine, make sure you are at a healthy weight. Also make sure the man isn't drinking too much coffee or cola, and have sex every 2 days (not every day) to give the sperm chance to build up.

Women your age tend to have more children with Down's Syndrome. Keep an eye on that via ultrasound and amniocentesis.
