They say MP but the P is coming off the M so it looks like they are connected! WHAT IS IT? It says 114 underneath the cut mark and MP above it. Nothing on the back.

I'm at 34 weeks, and almost there, but I find myself just wanting this pregnancy to be over with. It is my first one, and before I got pregnant my husband and I were not having kids...5 years later here I am about to deliver our first.

My husband is very supportive, and I don't know how I would have made it this far without him. But every day I look down and there is a stretch mark that's grown (what seems like) another inch. It makes me wish that it would be November already so I could deliver.

I feel horrible for feeling so selfish, and I was wondering if there are any other women that have gone through, or are going through the same things I am now.

I just posted a question yesterday saying that I have never had acne before and now I do. My husband thinks it is funny because I truely never have zits. But I also need to go to the doctor because I have had a bladder infection before. But that was when I was 12 and I am now 20. And I have am positive that I have one. I read that bladder infections sometimes go along with being pregnant and that acne does as well. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. My period should be here between the 12th and the 14th. What do you guys think? Could I be pregnant? And if so when is it too early to get a blood test at the doctor. Because I know that Home pregnancy tests are like 4 days before at the earliest.

I'm not attempting to worry anyone, but do you ever worry when pregnant that you're baby will turn out....wrong? Or that something will happen to them? Now, if there was anything wrong with my child, I'd love her/him until the end of time, but I'm just wondering. (For the record: I'm twelve, I'm not pregnant, won't be anytime soon, but I'm really just interested in what's going on in some people's heads)

I have missed a pill this month and did what it said to .take it as soon as you remeber.i dont take it at the same time every day.i am bleeding. i just had my period like 2 weeks ago.and now it felt like i was going to get my period but instead it was dark brown blood with crampsand liter flow than a period. is this happening because i screwed up my birth control

i have screwed up taking it my birth control before and this has not happened. i have only been on it since april of this year but me and my soon to be husband dont use condems or anything cause we have been toghter for 5yrs and trust eachother know notihngs wrong with us and he does sometimes you know in me. so my bleeding could not have anything to do with being pregnant rite

We spend all day sitting on here talking about our little ones but we rarely get the chance to what everyone's kids look like. Anyone wanna post a pic of their little bundle of joy?

We have a three year old (our oldest) that we made the mistake of letting him sleep in our room on the floor at night when he just turned two (It was a weekend of thunderstorms). He kept doing it so we just let him. It has now come back to bite us b/c he is 3.5 and won't sleep in his room. He has a younger brother who he shares a room with (2 yr old) and he sleeps in there fine.

The 3y/o will sometimes fall asleep in his room with his brother while watching a movie but he eventually ends up in our room on our floor. Sometimes he wakes up crying b/c we aren't there and we have to go get him. I haven't put much effort into making him sleep in his room yet so I wanted suggestions and strategies.

Are there any tips on how to stop this besides taking a couple weeks to just keep putting him back every night when he tries to come in? The problem with that is waking his brother and he is very stubborn.

Do you use binkys too??? Have you ever had a problem with the breastfeeding and using a binky? With my son, I didn't use a binky for the first month and then gave him one and he never took to it! My breasts were his binkys. Now I am 6 months along with our 2nd son and we have a very active 3 year old son who weaned 7 months ago from my breasts. And I know I can have our son on my breasts all the time. I was just wondering if it would be a good idea on using a binky and what kind of binky should I get.

Thanks!
Jennifer

Also what do you think about a double stroller. My 3 year old son is not a good walker. He will just run ahead and won't say with me. He still uses the stroller when we go to the mall or to pet trade shows ( Hubby & I own a pet store in N. Ca.) What do you think?

I just had my son a little over two months ago....My dr put me on birth control and told us to wait two weeks..well my husband wouldn't/couldn't wait and we waited only one week before having unprotected sex.....i am breastfeeding....and i haven't had a period yet....is there anyway i could be pregnant again? I didn't think much of it but the other day someone asked me if i was because of the way i've been acting....and then i realized that i did have some of the symtoms. My husband thinks there is no way because i'm breastfeeding...i'm scared that there is a way and that i am...but i'm not sure when to take the pregnancy test? So i guess my question is....could i be pregnant again? Is it normal to not have a period? And when should i take a pregnancy test?

I am 36 weeks preg. I am having contractions like crazy. I went to the hospital two nights ago and they gave me medicine to stop them and they couldnt get them to stop. So they gave me ambien and told me to go home and get sleep. They checked me and said that I was thinning out and soft but had not dilated yet. However my cervix was already in position for labor. I am still having the contractions, sometimes really bad, but now I have this terrible urge to throw up and my stomach is hurting like I have diarrhea. Is this a sign that I am going into labor? I had a friend tell me once she threw up she went straight into labor, so I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this before? and if you have how much longer did it take before you went into active labor?

lethargic, in fact she's very active, doesn't have a fever, is doing well developmentally, but it was like all of a sudden she can take a 3-hour nap and instead of lying in her crib at 7:30 tossing and turning, she's out like a light at 7:25.

Would you be worried? I almost always call the doctor when I have a feeling there's something wrong, but this "symptom" seems so non-specific that I figured I'd see if anyone else experienced a change in their child's sleeping habits at around this age. Thanks!

My 8yr old son came home from school early today. I am almost positive he's getting strep. (he's very prone--gets it every year.) I gave him a dose of Childrens Tylenol+Sore Throat, a Sucrets throat lozenge, Campbells Chicken Noodles and now he's laying in my bed watching a movie. What else can I do to make him comfortable? What do you do for your kids when they are sick?

my last period was on sept 13 ended around the 18-19 i stopped taking bc (yasmin) after the 17th because i was in the hospital and forgot to bring my bc, I had unprotected sex on the 20th and on the 24th but he pulled out on this day. I am really worried that i might be pregnant bc i got pregnant in June i was also not taking my bc except that time i was off the pill for a month this time i was taking the bc normally since july and got my period in July, Aug, and Sept. but missed my pills after the 17th of sept. Could i be pregnant again? I am not feeling any symptons at all, like i did last time i found out i was pregnant. And i should be getting my period next week the 11th if it continues the 28 days. Please someone help me out. I dont understand the whole 28 days/ovulating thing either, so if someone could be so kind to explain that to me as well and if i was in my dangerous days that would be a lot of help. Thanks so much!!

I was just informed that the best way to deal with a screaming child in public is to ignore it. That, not only seems completely disrespectful and offensive, it seems like "enabling". Isn't there a better way to help a child stop screaming in public?

I understand the logic...if you pay attention, the child will learn how to get its way with you. It will learn that screaming equals attention. However, if you ignore the child, everyone else in the area will silently hate you and your baby. Believe me, no one thinks your child is as cute as you do.

Why don't most people just remove the child (i.e. take it outside, change it immediately, etc.)? I know its a pain in the @ss, but that is part of having a child, isn't it? After all, it's yours and not mine. So...isn't there a better way?

**"Screaming child" does NOT include "sick child", "ear ache child", "dropped on the floor child", or any other instance that might make a normal person cry out.

I have noticed a lot of people on here who are stay at home mothers like to talk trash about working mothers.

I have read this on here:

Why are you paying someone else to raise your child?

God says that a mother's place is at home raising her children! (Bible Thumpers)

Why doesn't your husband get two jobs so you can stay home?

You shouldn't have children if you plan to put them in daycare!

Is this crazy to anyone else? Just because you are staying home doesn't mean you are doing your child a favor! You can be sitting at home ignoring your kid or yelling at your kid. Same goes for working moms, just because you work doesn't mean you are not raising your child.

Why can't SAHM back off? Not everyone is so lucky to afford to live on one income alone. I make a lot of money, but I also live in California and own a home so my wife will have to work part-time. I could sell my home and live in a shack and then my wife can stay home 24/7 but what good is that?

I wanted to hear form families with autistic children. Did you continue to have children after your child was dx? And if so, what was the outcome? Did you have another child with autism?
