Pregnancy & Parenting - 5 October 2006

Sometimes I have to fart when I am in the grocery store or the book store. I think its funny to do it quietly, while walking slowly around the store, so that everyone can enjoy it.

How does this relate to screaming babies, you ask? It's simple. Have you ever been in public (not farting, of course). Near you, there is a baby or child that is screaming, running, and just being a total twit. Often the parent is doing nothing about it or is oblivious to the whole thing. It's as if, they have to put up with their miserable child, so everyone else should too. Well, that is the same reasoning I have with the sulphery, "too much beer" farts that I drag around the store to share with everyone. I figure, I have to deal with it, so you should too.

They may be proud of their child. Since I don't have a child, I figure, I should be proud of my farts. After all, I often think, "Hey, I made that!!"

Please, remove your screaming child and I'll stop farting. I promise...

If a lesbian is always looking at u (and u r a girl), then when u look she looks at other way, then when u say hi to her she gets really exited like with no reason. She goes talking to u and starts like huging u and asking u stupid questions just for start a conversation like: did u eat?? and she start rubbing ur belly, does it mean she likes u, and what can u do to make her stop with out making her feel bad???

Whenever people get upset about contuniously trying to conceive and not getting any results others always tell them, "don't try, have fun with it". But, if you really want a baby how do you not try? It's easier said than done.

I have a problem,my daughter front top tooth is loose and i dont konow why.she havent came crying to me that she hit her teeth or anything,and i know shes too young to have her adult teeth pushing it out so i dont know what to do or what caused it.she isnt on a sippy or bottle just the dreded old binkie(which i cant get rid of.tried plenty of times).she brushes her teeth and everything.but she does have a bad habbit using her front teeth to open things(ex.drink bottles) or loosing things(ex.shoe laces).i dont know if that cause it to be loose or not.i cant afford to take her to the dentist cause you have to pay so much up front with my husbands insurence for a dr to see you.i was wondering if anyone else had a toddler with a loose tooth and what did you do for it.any kind of info or suggestions will help greatly.also she was a late teether as it is cause she is just now getting her second molars in.

I had my last pill induced period on the 1st sept and there has been nothing since. I have done several tests and they are all neg. we are trying to conceive so are stuggling to kmow whem i will ovulate.

days now. the dr said by hcg has gone done and it is consistant with miscarriage-he he has not comfirmed yet. I was just wondering if it could be some fibroid. Has anyone of you had a grey discharge and still continued your pregnancy?

Plz dont freak me out lol..but I am currently 16 weeks and a few days...I have a doc's appointment in two weeks and I am definetly gonna ask the doc. when I go but...I havent felt my baby move yet...is that normal? I have a professor who is adopting a one year old daughter over the weekend. My clinical group is going to throw her an "end of the clinical" lunch out. Once we found this out, we have decided to have a Surprise Baby Shower. We do not know what to get someone who is unable to concieve, and has not been able to experience the joys of being preggers, and having a newborn. We can not get normal baby shower things such as baby clothes and bottles..etc. What do you get someone who you want to be able to get as close to a normal shower as possible? The girl is one, and we have no clue on her size, so we opted out of clothes!"

me and my hubby been ttc for 6 months and my period was due on the 4th of this month....on the 4th when i wiped it was brown, no clots no cramps now its been two days of this, i took a preg test it said neg. never not once in my life has this happend not even with my 1st pregnancy its usually only brown at the end of my cycle and usually when i come on its super heavy and starts the same day.

When he comes home from school or from his dad's house he is very grumpy.He is the worst on mondays if he's been at his dad's all weekend.His actions and words are quite rude.He screams or stomps his feet.He tells people he doesn't want them to come to our house.He is very negative.He likes just one friend after school, whom he plays with all the time. I babysit a little girl and he will openly display his displeasure for her being there right in front of her mom, he will do the same with other school mates.Yet he plays great once he gets through the transition.He can be controlling and sometimes over confident.But for the most part he's loving and kind and an overall great kid.How do I teach him to cope with transition?We've tried time-out, talking to him about his feeling and about the feelings of the children,about my feelings,loss of priveledges,loss of bike,spanks, nothing seems to work.It is embarrassing and I want him to be invited on playdates and birthday parties. Why do you think kids now a days are having sex at such a young age. Even myself, now 21, I had started when I was 13. (I'm still with the same guy!) But seriously I don't get why young kids that age feel it's so necessary to do that. Do they not understand that love and sex really don't have much in common, unless you're an adult in a serious commitment. I think that's why I did it, so I would feel loved by boys, but with growth I've learned way better than that. Now a days with all the news, tv shows, and even cartoons (watch cartoon network after 11pm!) nowadays, they just don't understand the true meaning, and feeling behind sex, to enjoy it at such a young age. I know I didn't. Do you think if we had even more strict parental guidelines, and took some of the crap on cable off the air, it might possibly help. What's your thought on the whole situation?

She wakes up 2 -3 times a night and comes into my room. She falls back to sleep immediately in my bed, and I pick her up and take her back to her own room. Im a single parent, and this nightly waking is killing me! Does anyone have any advice?
