When I stopped taking the pill I still had my regular period. If you had regular periods before the pill you should still have them now. If they were irregular before you should have one more in 28 days or so and then they will probably be thrown off again. But since you're trying to conceive you may not have one for nine months and wouldn't that be great. Good Luck!

roughly 11-14 days your last period is when you should ovulate. some women do not ovulate right away, especially if they have been on the pill for a while. if it has been more than 6 weeks since your last period, i would use a home pregnancy test and depending on the results see a doctor.
you can take your temperature and record it, when you see a spike above your normal temp of at least a degree or two you are ripe for conception.
good luck!

I've been told that you should wait like 3 months after you have stopped taking the pill to try to conceive. You want to make sure the drugs are completely out of you're system because it can cause miscarriages. Give your body time to function without the pill. Good luck!!

Go to this website and keep track of all that information:
http://www.mymonthlycycles.com/home.jsp
Since you are not "regular" it is hard to know when you are fertile, etc. Typically you are most fertile on days 12, 14, 16 after your FIRST DAY of your LAST period. As far as when you should start your period it depends on you and how long your cycle is, I would count 4 weeks from 1st day of last period, if you haven't started by then take a test, wait another week if neg, take another test...if still negative call your OB.

Sometimes after stopping the pill your body has to readjust. It may take a few months. Stress is also a factor.
