when i went to the bathroom, my underpants with discharge in them smelled different then it ever smelled, is it because i'm gonna get my period soon?

Can you loose your mucus plug in a discharge type way little by little everyday? If so after how long would you say its about time labor is coming? I am 36 weeks and have been having light yellow discharge everyday for a couple weeks,and without lossing the mucus plug all at once,how will I know when I should be going into labor even with the contractions?

My 8 month old daughter pukes in the morning but not during the day or night. We just got her off of the nipple and are giving her 3 meals a day of solids plus homogonized milk whenever she will take the bottle

Just wondering if this is normal as the transitiion between breast/bottle

He's 6 weeks old (and was 6 weeks early). He eats about 4 oz. every 3 hours (except after his 11 pm feeding, he crashes until about 4am). Is it ok to let him sleep through a feeding at this point (if he does)?

i used a opk this month, and yesterday i got a surge.

i never noticed any cm yesterday or the day before when my husband and i had sex though, but today i got alot of sticky cervical mucus.

do you think i had enough cm in me to keep the sperm inside long enough? i'm starting to get worried i may have missed my egg again this month.

Does anybody else believe that it may be selfish to have children when the world already has so many that need homes, food and clothing. I don't think i could ever have children because i would feel so guilty with the world already being overpopulated... any opinions or arguments? We just found cigarettes in our 15 year olds back pack. (We were not snooping, she asked us to help her fix a zipper on the bag). She said she started smoking when she visited her mother this summer. How do we deal with this? We have always trusted her and given her a lot of freedom, but now this trust has been violated. I want to give her a home drug test to make sure this is all she is doing. What adivce can you offer.

If you have gestaional diabetes,and they have to schedule you to have a c-section can they do it earlier before 40 weeks? And also can they inuduce you if you ask if you are far enough along? I am 36 weeks.

Like a woman gets pregnant has no problems, carries the baby to term and then has a normal labor. It seems like there's a lot of negative stories on here. I thought pregnancy was a wonderful part of life that was mostly happy and uneventful (in the way of complications anyways!) Thanks

Im 24 weeks pregnate and for the past 2 days on one occasion i was walking and all the sudden i got these sharp cramping pains in one side of my lower abdomen....also just sitting down and sharp pain in side around bottom of ribs they kinda remind me of those growing pains when u was younger and like ran alot , really sharp? anyone had these? are the normal or what how to help them when they hit,.

I breastfeed my daughter exclusively - no bottles or supplements and my period started 3 weeks postpartum. I've had another one since then so I know it wasn't a fluke. Has anyone else had this happen? It affects my milk supply and I take calcium magnesium supplements to keep it up.

My 2 1/2 year old has 2 toys that she won't share with anyone. My fiance and I have agreements about it because he thinks she should have to share those 2 toys with her sister. Her sister has a babydoll that she doesn't like to share. My question is, do you feel that children are entitled to have a favorite toy or 2 that you shouldn't fdorce them to share? they share everything else though.
