when i went to the bathroom, my underpants with discharge in them smelled different then it ever smelled, is it because i'm gonna get my period soon?

Are you sexully active? Get checked for chylmidia and trich.

It's common for you to be able to "smell" when your period is about to start, kinda icky, but true.
Do you have yellow or greenish colored discharge, or chunky white? If so, it's probably an infection. Also if the smell is foul or fishy that also indicates infection.

If there is a foul odor it usually means an infection. You might have a yeast infection if your discharge is white and like cottage cheese, if it is itchy down there or if it burns. To decrease the chances of infection always wipe front to back.

That or you may have an infection.Now that u have ur period, you may want to start going to a gynecologist.If the discharge is clear, that is a good sign, but still, go and get checked.

You're entering puberty. You're 11 and soon you'll be growing pubic hair and start using vaginal sprays for odor. Use powder to control sweat and shower daily.

it might be that but you also might have infection discharge should never smell different... go see a doctor or ask you mother

maybe it's an infection.... usually stuff "down there" dosen't smell at least mine dosen't

mabye it is cause ur getting ur period soon or it's probably sumthin u ate i dunno
