Im 6 weeks and was told that I should not eat spicy foods becuase they could harm they baby possibly causing blindness. This sounds a bit extreme but I wanted to be careful. Can eating spicy foods harm an unborn child?

The question is; If a new mother is having a problem at the end of pregnancy, and there is a choice to be made, save the mother or save the child. All men say save the mother, and all women say save the kid. The male point of view is so logical that its a fact - save the woman... we can make another kid. So why ladies? Why willingly die for a person that hasn't been born, when you could easily birth ten more?

i went to the dr friday and was 2 cm 50%...tonight i have these shooting stabbing pains going straight through my vagina...it is unbearable when i walk...every step i have to stop and bend over in extreme pain...is this normal? what does it mean? can i do anything to ease it??

ok i gave hima hanjob and he kinda pre cam ya no a little here a little there.. k well then it went in/.... not all the way but maybe 3 inches. Cuz it was our first time togehter. then he came and as he came he pulled out.. im uncertain if any got in or not. but hm what are possiblites. alot becuase of pre-***. but it was only 3 inches.. my period is suppoed to ocm on 11 days!..so hmm help

If someone went in for a ultrasound, would the doctor or nurse allow the patient to keep an image of the ultrasound. If they had this image, in what form would it be? Could someone take a picture of this image on a webcam some how, and would it turn out well at all if they did that? Also, could this picture be scanned on to a computer?

We are currently trying to get pregnant (our second child, first was unplanned). It has been 4 weeks and two days since my last period. The time between my periods the last time was four weeks and two days and my periods are not "regular" they are usually a day or two off normally.

I have had a little bit of pink when I wiped "down there" but no period or blood.

I was thinking about waiting until I am "offically" a week late before testing. I hate this waiting game. I have had all my "period" symptoms along with a little nausea (last weekend, we were on vacation though, that may have messed my system up, we were eatting out more then normal) and dizzyness (room just starts spinning for a few seconds and then stops). What do you think?

I am taking prenatal vitamins to by the way.

i saw this question the other night where a woman asked if tieing her baby son to a high chair to eat dinner was child asbuse or not.of chorse,as like everyone else that saw the question....i was mad and angry.I spoutted off and gave my thoughts,reported the question to abuse(just in case it was true).then i got to thinking....what a great way to get points on here.she had 10 answers in 2 minutes.is it possible that just toss in a sour subject and pissed of people will get the for her points?

I know usually feet do, but do your hands also? I ask because we have been looking at engagement rings and I was sized so small that I thought I wanted a bigger size because some day when I get pregnant, I don't want my ring to get stuck, and want to be able to wear it during pregnancy! I have a adult son who no longer lives at home. During his teens, he started using cannabis and amphetamine and became violent towards me - same as his dad). After taking out an AVO, things got worse, he ended up in court etc for crimes and he moved out with my help at aged 18. When he wants money for drugs, he tries to manipulate myself and my elderly parents. He then fights with me but they give in to him which makes it worse for me. They do not understand my point. Now he is no longer talking to me and we have no contact at present. My parents are still babying him and my mother continually phones me and brags to me about my son even though she is furious with him. I don't know what to do. I thought that playing it tough will make him think about his behaviour but it is destroying our relationship. If I give in to him he will use drugs and continue this terrible road to destruction. Have any other parents had to deal with this? I am being consumed by this.
