my baby boy is breast feed and he is 4 months old. he will not go to sleep going on the breast. this is very hard at night as when he wakes i need to feed him.and he wakes three or four times a night

I have done a second test using the Clearblue one. To show you are pregnant you must have a cross to confirm you are pregnant. It also says on the forms that a faint line still means you are pregnant. Has anyone had this same problem and has this still confirmed you as pregnant?

my duaghte seems to keep getting lice from her school and for some reason rid isnt doing much to kill em any more.it seems they have become immune to it.i was wondering if anyone knew what else i could use or some kind of home remedy that would work

I am about 5 1/2 Month Pregnant and i find it very hard to sleep at night, The slightest movement disturbs me and i can never seem to get comfortable.
Any advice on ways to get comfortable
Any one els like this during pregnancy. I am very tired a lot now with the lack of sleep but i also work 7.45am-4.30pm

Im worried that when i have children i wont want to have a natural birth because im scared i mean a head coming out of me!!! RAR and it stretches you therfore sex isnt as good and did i mention the pain!!

But a cesearen you cant drive or do anyhard work for 10 weeks becasue of the stiches but you dont strecth there's no head being pushed out

advise please

This is my 2nd pregnancy (I'm 22 1/2 weeks) and since 10 weeks I've had lower back and hip pain so bad it's often hard to walk. Sitting, standing, walking, lifting basically anything aggravates it to the point where I'm currently signed off sick! My doctor has referred me as an urgent case to a physiotherapist but I haven't heard anything back yet. In my first pregnancy I didn't get any back or hip pain until much further on and I don't think it's SPD as my pelvic bone isn't hurting, it's just across the back of my pelvis and into my hips.
Doctor has just told me to take paracetomol until I see the physio but it doesn't work for me anyway..

Any idea what it is and anything I can do to ease it??? I wouldn't mind so much if it was a big bump causing it but I've had it since the start!!!

i am 6 months pregnant and i have serious restless leg syndrome.i have tried everything from putting a bar of soap under the sheet to takin a warm bath and nothing works.my legs never bother me till im ready to lay down and go to sleep.im up all night with the terrible annoying pain.i dont get to sleep till around 6 am and gotta be back up at 7 to get my daughter ready for school,half the time i oversleep because im so tired from staying up.if anyone knows how to get some relief could you please let me know.im willing to try just about anything at this point.

I ask because it was done to me (and I love reading) and when I tried it with my own children it was extraordinarily easy (great fun and a bonding experience too). It certainly persuaded me to become a Primary School teacher (teaching reading is not nearly so easy at 5 years old. You have to work much faster and some get left behind). Does anybody still do it?

A tongue tie is the little skin under the tongue that prevents a child from speaking. I have had conflicting information from people visiting that my baby may have a tonge tie. However i do not see that especially that he cries loudly. i need some signs before i see a doctor

This is a question for the people who favor physical punishment of kids. You always try to justify this by saying your kids will do "horrible things" or something similar if you don't.... Can you tell me exactly what are these "horrible things" that children can do? I mean, yeah they make mistakes, they do things wrong, but why do you speak of them as if they were little monsters or criminals? Please give me examples of what are these terrible crimes that children can commit for which you think they should get punished this way?
And do you really think that all the children who don't get spanked become criminals? I mean you should know enough examples that it's not so. Or do you think it is a desaster if your child develops a sense of critical thinking, makes up his own mind, takes his own decisions... ??

I am 12wks pregnant and I have yet to tell my boss as I am waiting for my temps job to go permanant here (should be by tomorrow that I know). However, I am feeling so guilty for not saying anything - should I tell them and risk that they won't give me the job because of maternity leave and pay etc.?
I am so confused and mixed up. Am so excited as this is my first child and yet it's being tarnished by this..
