i would ask the doctor if theres anything you can take to ease the pain or help you sleep. i was told that i could take tylenol at regular doses, but was never really comfortable doing so. have you tried a heating pad under your legs?

My friend loved Fresh fruit when she was pregnant! Go to an all you can eat salad bar, it's good for you and filling. Drink lot's of water. If you don't like it plain, try it with 1/2 water and 1/2 seltzer, with crushed ice and sqeeze some orange in it. Frozen yogurt is good to, the soft serve kind. I hope you can find some stuff you like!
_____OR _____

Got a blender? If not, get a cheap one with light plastic jug. Buy frozen berries you like, add a couple tsps. of Greens, some lemonade (not orange or lime - too hard on stomach)and blend. Very nice. Some women add yogurt; others like a banana. Maybe some frozen vanilla tofutti.
_____OR _____

A cereal like Total is also pretty good. Try small amounts at first. If milk is a problem, try rice or soy products instead.
_____OR _____

The vitamin you take should contain folic acid, an essential nutrient for pregnant women (affects baby's development hugely) but remember: Vitamins are only as powerful as the good food they need to bond with in order to activate. Vitamins alone will kill your stomach. Careful with that.

Do you or are you able to exercise? That may help. Go for a 30 minute brisk walk if you are able. My legs tend to bother me a little bit too on days that I don't exercise or those that I'm not very active.
