There is no safe time of month to have sex, as far as pregnancy goes. I've known women who have gotten pregnant on their periods.

yes you can but the only problem you tow are going to face is that you should have to rush to the bath room the minute you finished

yeah its safe but make sure its totally what she wants coz although alot of men dont seem to mind ,alot of us girls do so dont pressure her coz it feels dirty to me and maybe her too .If shes up for it totally then go for it!!!!!
