This is getting ridiculous, people. You don't have to agree with Hillary Clinton... but for God's sake, this is not character assassination.

Seriously... why are people so freaking hyper-sensitive to every little thing that is said?

Besides the fact that they are both jews who survived the holocaust?

Is it because they see a little of that fascism in today's southern based sociallyl conservative Republican Party?

With the ultra-nationalism, xenophobia, racism, sexism, militancy, and fundamentalism that is common on the right?

Over 90% of jews in congress are Democrats or side with Democrats.

And is it wrong to call Bill Clinton the devil? Has anyone read her autobiography? Remember when she spoke about being bewildered and how she couldn't believe that Bill was slipping it to Monica? Does anyone believe she was surprised? He'd been doing that crap for years! Don't you think she stayed with him more for the political power then any other reason? Seriously, you don't think they actually SLEEP together, do you? Have you seen the chicks he slept with? If you're going to the barn for your side dishes, the main course must REALLY stink.

Iran may be dueling with Washington over its nuclear ambitions, but when the country desperately needed corn last month, it turned to the United States.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has made no secret of his disdain for U.S. President George W. Bush, calling him a donkey and even Satan, but when millers in Caracas need wheat to make bread, they go shopping for American supplies.

Nations like Iran, Venezuela, Syria and Cuba have icy diplomatic ties with Washington but they do not let politics stand in the way of importing competitively-priced food or feed ingredients from the United States.

Maybe we should let them starve, or in the case of Venesulea, trade them a pound of wheat for a pound of oil.

the 2nd amendment gives Americans the right to bear arms, and most of this is done, nowadays, for protection (you see Hillary Clinton preaching to us about how guns are bad, but you can be sure an armed body guard follows her around wherever she goes). The few who do use guns as a weapon for spite are criminals, and believe me on this-- if somebody REALLY wants to get possession of a gun, they're gonna... so that means that the 'bad guy' has a gun, and guess what? the citizen who is the potential victim no longer does!

He is going to tell us that we need to form a permanent security pact with the Iraqis. Right now we are building, in Baghdad, the largest embassy that we have ever built. Before Bush leaves office, he will have put into motion plans and commitments that may be almost impossible for the next President to change. At least it seems to be shaping up that way. Whether you are a liberal or a conservative, does the fact that we will obviously remain in Iraq as an occupying force change your opinion about what we are doing in Iraq? How do you think the Middle East as a whole is going to react to this? What does this mean for the next President, no matter which party they hail from?

NEW YORK (Reuters) - An ad criticizing the top U.S. general in Iraq raised charges on Thursday that The New York Times slashed its advertising rates for political reasons -- an accusation denied by the paper.

The ad by liberal anti-war group moveon.org ran on Monday, the day of Gen. David Petraeus's testimony to Congress about the war and how long U.S. forces will stay in Iraq.

Moveon.org confirmed it paid $65,000 for the full page ad headlined "General Petraeus or General Betray Us."

As an example, why do liberals who hate Bush insist on hating him for being a racist, despite the fact that he has more minorities in his white house than Clinton? Or why do so many conservatives insist on believing all the lies about the war in Iraq despite all the evidence to the contrary? This is not a partisan question, I think everyone is guilty of this.

There's the proof. Bush does not represent the American citizen, only a small minority. The gap between the two Americas gets bigger. The poor, get poorer. The middle class shrinks even more. Corporate America and it's greed swells even more.

I would like to know where liberal-minded people draw their own personal 'lines in the sand' . I've seen the boisterous claims of the left that they'd rather die than give-up their rights . But would they ? How about the right ?

Is there a difference depending on whether you're a Christian or not ?

And then I wonder specifically what atheists would say ? They believe they're done when they die so when it's over it's over . So where do they stand and where do they draw their inspiration ?

Really now -- Where is your line in the sand ?

Me ? - Not sure entirely except to say that I'd go much further than now and one deal-breaker would be if I has to disavow the Lord Jesus Christ . . . . . THAT , I will not do .

Thank you .

I read time and time again about the muslims and middle eastern folk hating americans because of the freedoms they have....

The only freedoms you have is what is allowed you by the government, you citizens are treated like kids, can't do this, can't do that....you can't even see a pair of titties on the television unless you pay extra for cable, you can't drink alcohol in a car even as a passenger, you have to be 21 yrs to drink legally but you can be sent to war to die for your country at 18yrs, you can buy a gun from walmart with a permit and go shoot someone, but you can't find a playboy magazine there for love nor money, you are charged a fortune for your healthcare because the government simply doesn't care about the average citizen.....unlike England or Canada or France where they actually care about their people.

STOP BITCHING ABOUT THE MILITARY DEFENDING YOUR FREEDOMS THAT YOU DON'T HAVE!!!!

Why didn't we just go invade Canada or Mexico? The access is so much easier. We get a majority of our oil from those countries, they hardly have a military to stop us... and really, who is going to defend Canada... that is our job.
