I think the whole system needs revamped.

I would give Bush about a B, he's messed up in the past, but hes making a strong effort for realizing it and doing something about it, and remaining steadfast to his goals and morals, not waivering just cuz the Democrats like to throw mud.
I would give Democratic Members of Congress an F for doing nothing productive, their obstructionism, damaging our troops morale, and calling their general a liar.
I would give Republican Members of Congress a C- for not trying hard enough to pin the tail on the Donkeys doing nothing in congress.

Congress 0. Nothing accomplished nothing deserved.
Bush Better than that. Had he closed the borders and stopped spending so much, it would be much higher.
