The military was the 1st American institution to do away with segregation and accept blacks as equals in the early 50's. In the 80's Eddy Murphy was the only black actor to get staring roles and he had to do it by poking fun at being black.
I know Liberals will say that Truman forced the military to integrate, but it takes more than one President to change policies and traditions, as well as attidutes in the military. Liberals will also say Hollywood is run by Conservatives, but that is flawed too since most movies have Liberal themes, so who really decides what kinds of movies are made?

Madonna at Live Earth: It was rocking, but was it real?
Millions of people around the world saw the American singer, not known for her strumming skills, wrap a guitar strap around her neck and play along to her hit Ray of Light on Saturday night.

The packed Wembley Stadium crowd loved the unexpected flourish, but cynics have suggested that Madonna may not have actually been playing the instrument. >

Why is so much propaganda used to make Americans think there the greatest country? They keep saying ‘god bless America’, but why don't they bless the world? And the funny thing is Australia and Canada have more freedom then American and yet American always talks about how free they are yet there freedom of speech is getting repressed by every hour. What’s up America?

It appears that no one is watching the Presidential debates, but are only aware of who is raking in the big bucks and getting attention.

George Washington fought against incredible odds, lost, failed, and was betrayed by mane, even though he trusted. BUT, he believed in our country and won our independence against incredible odds.

Please be aware of Senator Mike Gravel. he has the courage and experience equatable, with those who chose to fight against tyranny!
