Raul Yzagurirre, former member of La Raza, aka racists, is now co-chairman of her campaign. My question is, is this person doing the job Americans won't do? I think so, I would never work for Hillary.

Last evening, a question was asked that received little attention, but merits more than it's gotten.
Hillary Clinton announced Raul Yzagurirre, former president of National Council of "La Raza", as co-chairman of her presidential campaign and to lead it's outreach to Hispanic voters. Hillary said that she has some innovative ways to reach Hispanic voters, one is a bi-lingual program.

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070710181944AAqZnbb

There are tons of La Raza sites out there, many of them are on the radical side, as I discovered when googling them this morning. Keeping the borders open and granting amnesty, are of course one of the primary goals.

What are your thoughts and do you feel that this will be advantageous for Hillary's campaign?

Barak Obama's question from FOUR months ago is again featured by Yahoo as a headliner on its roll of featured questions . Included in that post is a disclaimer by Yahoo stating that this is not an endorsement....... oh really . OK , let's test that theory .

How many other users have had their question featured by Yahoo and then had it re-featured FOUR MONTHS LATER , . .. . . . .even though the question was already resolved . . .. . AND to allow you to comment further to the 'community' ?

Anyone ? Even ONE ?

My answer ? . . .. . . Of course not !!
So.. . .What you are witnessing is Yahoo's complete and utter bias towards one particular party and one particular candidate . It's not the fact that they likely lied when his original question was posted , even though that should be scrutinized , but clearly when they alter their format to fit one particular candidate and re-post his question to allow him to speak to the forum again regarding the same question , then that is bias .

In the last two weeks since Gordon Brown has been Prime Minister how do you think he has done? Since he became PM there has been two attempted suicide bombing one that didn't go off in the middle of London and one that did go off in Glasgow but no one was hurt thank goodness. Do you think Gordon Brown has been good or lackluster. I guess Gordon Brown will always compared to Tony Blair.

How many times do I need to see the same tired propaganda and smear politics before people grow up?

I suspect, never. There will always be people with a keyboard and a immature "I am right, you are wrong, and the whole world can go to hell if they don't believe me" attitude.

You're all sounding like a bunch of Pol Pots, Adolf Hitlers and Joseph Stalins --- thats one of the reasons I've decided to stay out of this quandary.

There are places that are more interesting then here.

Peace

With the drop in retail and again home sales this quarter it is becoming increasingly obvious that the middle class in this country has not shared in the “wealth”. The rise in gas prices and general cost of living has steadily been on the rise while pay has generally stayed the same.

***If you were president in 08 what would you do to fix this problem? Heres one limitation, you can’t institute any social programs.

Please, only individuals that have at least taken an economics class (even that isn’t much these days) in college, answer. I don’t want any political talking points, only real solutions.

I’m a strong fiscal conservative so that everyone understands who this is coming from. If you wouldn't mind please put your political leaning as I have so this can be a true discussion.

...lIkE bOiNg BoNkErS bAnAnAs, gOnErS OvEr tHe eDgErS??? Good God, the more I read posts from my fellow Americans the more my mind goes back to a sociology professor I once had back in 89'. During a class I had questioned his teaching about repetitious/cyclic behavior in ALL societies through out recorded history. His teaching of "mandatory" but "voluntary" regeneration of the past sociological events in a given society disrupted the entire class during the following discussions. An example of this happened to me right here on yahoo answers. I had an email contact with a gal that was a disheartened democrat. When I turned her on to Ron Paul, she admitted that Ron Paul was what she was looking for in a president, BUT, she was afraid to vote for him because she did not want to vote for a republican!!! I told her Ron is Libertarian standing on the repub ticket, but she said she won't vote off the demo ticket! Folks, is this the "my team" mentality or what? What's your take on this?

About 20 years ago, the Soviet Union and the rest of the Communist countries went bankrupt. Their people lived in universal perpetual poverty for 70-some years and finally tossed their Socialist government from power. The Chinese and Vietnamese are abandoning Communism. Cuba and North Korea would abandon it if we would trade with them.

Fascism (also known as National Socialism; it is a Corporatist system in which the government benefits favored corporations and wages aggressive wars) was supposed to have been discredited back in the 40s, but has recently seen a revival.

Even 3rd Way Socialism is strongly discredited and the Social inSecurity ponzi scheme is on the verge of collapse. The minimum wage is thoroughly debunked. Price controls are exposed as causing shortages. There is even strong evidence against Central Banking (which even members of the Council of Foreign Relations realize).

Why does Anti-Capitalism persist, even though it is intellectually bankrupt?

Senator Barbara Boxer wrongly thinks that leaving Iraq will save Iraqi lives. That same type of logic was proven wrong decades ago during the Vietnam War. After the U.S. and Australia left Vietnam, over one million Vietnamese died. The total number of people made refugees was more than 5 million.

And because of decline in troop strength in Vietnam, Americans were under heavy attack before the fall of Saigon.

If America leaves Iraq, then at least over 750,000 people will die and Iraq will become an terrorist run Islamic state. Al-Qaeda's goal is to be in charge of Iraq.

Don't get me wrong - I'd like to vote for the state and local offices where there are candidates that represent my views. But President?

Hillary vs. Guiliani. Yuck.
Hillary vs. Thompson. Yuck.
Hillary vs. Romney. Yuck.

Should we leave it blank? Vote for Nader? Or just stay home?

How many times are they going to say that?? Do they realize how stupid they sound?? If a group of Americans went to another country and bombed them - would that country have the right to bomb America??? And these liberals claim to be anti-war!!!!!! I don't get it!

Afghanistan was where bin Laden and his operatives were living and trained those hijackers on the many training camps there. The Taliban was protecting them and giving them up.

I mean for that premise is ludicrous because 9/11 happened on Bush's watch and there were plenty of warnings I don't care what you say. Go Google Seibel Edmonds and read the 9/11 timeline on advance warning:

Two, Bush didn't protect us from terrorism because we had the anthrax attacks which falls under biological terrorism. So they are all wrong. Also, we are no safer from terrorism today than we were pre-9/11. Discuss.
