Usually in these cases there is one person who drives while the rest of the passengers fire the guns. Does the driver get a murder charge as well even though he did not physically fire any weapons?

He was "supposedly" drunk and tried to enter our apartment. He told police that his friend left a door unlocked for him, but he had forgotten which apartment it was. I don't buy it. This is the 2nd time that this has happened in the past 6 months. He dropped his insurance card near our front door. It was ripped which makes me wonder whether he tried to use it to jimmy our lock. How can I obtain info on him?

I have bought marijuana to my highschool and got busted. While in the office the principal asked me if i was gonna smoke it and i told him that "nahh i dont smoke that **** i sell it'. I dont sell marijuana but i had said that cuz i did not want anyone to find out that i was smoking it. Now i have to go to a student evedentuary hearing commitee wear i may get expelled. This is my first offense and i do not know what will happen.

The charge of distributing marijuana is what got me sent there. AND Is a very serious charge even though i was not actually selling but i said it. What can i do now? Im 17 years old and my life is about to get fked up because of a jackasss principal who charged me with distributing.

Can someone give me adivce on what to say in the hearing at all?? Plz help me.

I have done everything asked by the courts, and payed my fines down from over $2,000 to a little over $200. Personally I think it is a vendetta on my PO's part, but that is irregardless. I'm just not sure what kind of action is taken in a case like this where the infraction is so minor. So if anyone has any idea, I would really appreciate a response.

I was just wondering that if one's house or property is being intruded upon, does one have the right to fire a gun at the perps? What are the legal issues regarding the case.

A guy came into the store last week and tried to con us into giving him a free ink cartridge saying that we gave the wrong person his which was impossible. he had a unique last name. he fought with me for a full hour and a half over it. Plus there were so any inconsistancies in his story. He said that we did things that we never do.
Well yesterday he tried to do the same thing to my boss. He couldn't keep his story straight. My boss kept an eye on him throughout the store and realized that he must be a master to this conning/stealing thing for quite sometime.
We've never exactly caught this guy stealing something but we've caught him many times in the act trying to. With the ink cartridges he even said to me, "I'm not paying for this." I feel this guy needs to be stopped. Is there anything he can be charged with.
Also during his arguement with me he said that he works for the police department which I highly doubt.

There are many things that prisoners make and sell in stores that the general public doesnt even know about. If you knew that the items you wanted were made in a prison, would you still buy them?

Due to my evidence in court 14 thugs have now been convicted in a court of law, but I still have no faith in the courts or the police. The punishments given out to these thugs were pitiful to say the least.

I have generally found them fairly OK and reasonable, despite having major problems with some of the laws they are tasked with enforcing.

There have been a few odd ones who have exhibited bizarre behaviour, such as one a few years ago who said my name no less than 15 times a few years ago when telling me off for speeding (Mr ... blah blah Mr ....blah blah Mr ....
blah blah Mr ....blah blah Mr ....)

What is your opinion? Any funny anecdotes of getting "one over on them" (in reasonable circumstances)

The key thing is to be polite and honest in your dealings with them "Yes I agree I was braking the law, but in this situation obeyance of the law benefits nobody" kind of honesty.

I saw on TV, where this punk teenager called a cop, a "pig", so the judge made the guy stand out on a busy street holding a pig, and a sign that said "THIS IS NOT A COP" !

I know of someone who got caught stealing from a supermarket, it was about $85.00 worth of stuff, she doesn't know why, has never done anything wrong before in her life and now had to have the police involved and everything, she has to go to court as well. Does anyone know her fate, the fine involved, if any jail?

Where I live I see police fairly often during the day. (Not a bad thing).

However, at night when the loud drunks come out I never see them. I am finding this be very annoying. During the day when there is not much going on I see them. At night when they need to be dealing with the loud drunks they are not around.

What can I do about this?
