No one here will have the correct answer. Call them, and ask. Parking tickets are now usually handled by a collection agency, and they don't play games.

I had a parking ticket in Charleston, SC that I didn't pay for 4 months. My ticket went from $15 to 135 for failure to pay. It also goes on your mvr report if its greater then 6 months.

In my area, the parking ticket keeps going up until it is brought to court.
Usually when it is brought to court, you'll be able to talk to the police who gave you the parking ticket. In many cases, the ticket is just canceled, or they ask you to pay for half of it.

Anna is beyond stupid.
Prob $75ish. Then it goes up again after a certain period. Did you get a courtesy notice in the mail? You can tell them you didn't get a ticket OR a courtesy notice- because they do not have proof of mailing, and bargain it back down to the $40.

The laws are different for different cities and counties. Google the name of your city to find its .gov site, or try googling the name of your city with "parking enforcement" to find the DoT site.
