It's really to late for you to try to rebuke your statement, any change in what you have already said will be viewed as you trying to get out of trouble. You should realized that distributing is a much worse offense then partaking. It is my opinion that you deserve the punishment that you receive.
I am not stating that I have never smoked, but I was always smart enough to keep it off of campus.
Don't view this as your life getting ****ed up, view it as an opportunity and a learning experience. Your life is not over, you can still graduate school or get a GED, you can still go to college, you will be able to get a good or decent job in the future.

Dude, that was not a good thing to say. He actually may have let it slide (just expelled you not call the cops) until he found out you were "dealing". You really should get a lawyer at this point. Google deferred prosecution, it'll take it off your record when you are 18. If it's a small amount they'd have difficulty proving it was enough to sell but you should find out the laws are specifically in your state. If a lawyer isn't possible tell them you panicked, you don't deal you just didn't want your parents to know you smoked and that you are very, very sorry. Lastly you need to take some personal responsibility here. It isn't your principals fault you brought it to school, they aren't gonna want to hear a bunch of excuses. If anything it'll just make you look worse.

Proably an attorney is wise, because after school is done wuith you , the police may want to talk with you or worse.
I would suggest the truth, a very very sincere apololgy, and beg for forgivenesss.
One thing workign for you is that all yo udid was SAY you were dealing.
Anyone can say that, doesn't make it so.
The issue is if they have any evidence of that.
Whatever you do, I suggest you insist that they state up front what they are charging you with, then let them list the evidence.
Then shut up until they are done.
If no other kids have said they bought from you, then you will probably get the penalty for "smoking" plus some extra for being so stupid after so many years of school.
Accept that penalty.
Don't be surprised if cops are waiting outside though....they will probably be very interested inwhere you got yours from. And how you respond to that is going to be your REAL intelligence test.
good luck!

You are a criminal and don't deserve to be in an institution of learning paid for with my taxes. If you have the opportunity to get educated while in jail take advantage of it otherwise you will be spending the better part of your life in prison. In case you haven't figured it out yet it WASN'T the Principal's fault. You need to be kicking yourself in the Arss for being such an Idiot. At the Hearing. " Your Honor I did a totally stupid thing and want to apologize to the school staff, the other students, my community who provides me with an educational opportunity, and my parents who I've created a lot of problems for and have wasted all the time and effort that they have spent on trying to make me a decent human being. I promise you that I will never do anything illegal again". Maybe you can get acouple years of Probation and be court ordered to Complete your education.

You are the jackass, not the Principal. YOU got caught and YOU said YOU were selling it. Take responsibility for your actions and maybe you won't get in so much trouble next time.
Had YOU just taken responsibility and told the TRUTH, you wouldn't be in this mess. You would have gotten a far less punishment.
But you were stupid and did so now you have to deal with your stupid decisions.
When you go to the hearing, admit you were stupid and that it really was for you to smoke and not to sell and they may respect your honesty and let you off easy.

Telling the truth is always the best thing that you can do. You should consider yourself lucky to get caught now and in school. If you were to get arrested for it then you would never be able to get federal student aid for college. Take this as a tough lesson and stop smoking.

Jacka$$ principal? You are the loser who brought weed to school. It's sad that so many people have to validate their existence by smoking marijuana. You should have thought about the consequences before opening your big fat mouth. Find a new hobby, like playing speed-bump on the interstate.
Edit: LOL at Rachie G. Looks like you need to put down the crack pipe and pay attention in class!

Well the principal did what he was supposed to, you said you were planning on selling it, he acted on what YOU told him. Good call their Einstein, you went from a spendable offense to an expulsion offense with your lie. And not only that, but you can be prosecuted for intent to distribute/sell...
Your best, and only real course of action, is to come clean and explain that it was for you.

Don't mean to be cruel but if your stupid enough to be doing that crap at school you deserve the punishment. Yea, the principal is taking it farther then it needs to go, but the best advice I can give is be honest and respectful to the board and hope they find mercy. Also quit doing that stuff at school
