Usually in these cases there is one person who drives while the rest of the passengers fire the guns. Does the driver get a murder charge as well even though he did not physically fire any weapons?

Yes,

If a group robs a bank, kills someone inside, the getaway driver outside the bank is also charged with murder.

So yes, if you are in the car you can be charged with murder.

Check out the laws in your area . Usually the driver is considered an accessory to the fact and just as guilty as the shooters.

If they have conspired to do this, which is probably the case, yes. If he was completely unaware of what they were planning and thought he was just driving them to somewhere that they wanted to go for legitimate, legal reasons, theoretically no, but this would be hard to prove.

Yes everyone in the car can be charged with murder if someone dies. Among other charges.
