He was caught with a little bit of pot awhile ago, and the terms of his probation were that he had to do some community service, he didnt complete it in the allotted time, and i got a message on my answering machine today..him making a collect call from county jail. I never got a chance to talk to him and i am extremely distressed by this. Is there any chance that he will get off without doing time? also, if i have to bail him out, how much will that be?

I have been on parole for one year. I am attending a junior college with a 3.8 average. I have attended classes for 3 quarters and soon I will need to take classes that have field placements. I need to be off of parole to participate in this intership program. There is a possibility that I may have to do three more years on parole. I find out if I'm off parole in July or if I gotta do three more years. What can I do if I am stuck doing three more years of parole as this will cause me to have to possibly leave school?

Officer was rude to me when i asked a question, i was nice and polite, as that is my nature. The question i asked was i was wondering why they had banned someone from taking a city bus for 60 days because they were smoking outdoors at the terminal grounds. They didn't bust everyone for smoking there just a couple people. This person is actually very close to me whom it happened to and i was in need of answers.. Yes so it was an easy simple question and i was total polite..
He was so ignorant to me. I was so nice, i have never been in trouble and i look like a normal human being, not some weirdo..lol.. I honestly am very easy going and a nice person. I respect others and i believe in treating others how you wish to be treated. I was really hurt that this cop was rude to me when i was quite polite. what did i do to him? He must of been taking his bad day out on me, i am assuming... Why do they think they have the rights to be so rude? They ruin it for other officers.

They are doing a super job, but I was told to not cook something and take it, since they must be wary of such things being tainted with something. So how can I say thanks to these wonderful people?

So I am cut off [by car #2) and the guy instantly hits his brakes (to avoid the guy stopping suddenly in front of him[car #1]). I was already slowing down since originally I was following car #1. Car #2 hits car #1 and then I hit car #2. I tell the cops this they ask if he changed lanes. He lies and says "No". No tickets are given to anyone. A week later I get a ticket in the mail. I plead not guilty but how do I prove I was cut off? I may be able to prove he was not initially in my lane if I can get him to say where he was coming from. Any thoughts?

911 tapes: Dying woman was denied help (AP)
Wed, 13 Jun 2007 13:36:45 GMT

AP - A woman who lay bleeding on the emergency room floor of a troubled inner-city hospital died after 911 dispatchers refused to contact paramedics or an ambulance to take her to another facility, newly released tapes of the emergency calls reveal.

**I have had this experience. I was raped and found myself in an argument with the woman on the other end of the phone back in 1998, because she "know, I mean I date him- I mean - what was that name again?".(exactly what she said) I fought for two years to get the 911 tapes and they gave me the run around, plus I went through the entire Attorneys section in the yellow pages and couldn't get anyone to help me force them to hand them over. When they finally pretended to cooperate, they came back to me with "oh, we only keep the tapes for six months. Sorry, we couldn't find anything."
So to certain 'friends' of mine who doubt this could have happened --- boo-yah

I live in a state that doesn't allow you to purchase hollow point ammo legally. I carry a 9mm Glock and I've been told repeatedly that a 9 is only effective enough for self defense IF you use JHP bullets, and that you shouldn't trust your life with 9mm ball point ammo. I'm thinking about making the switch to a .40 or a .357 sig, but I am much more accurate with the G19. Does a 9mm really need hollowpoints to have effective stopping power?
If you don't feel the 9mm is a decent weapon what do you recommend instead?

It was around 11:50pm on a very empty intersection with red light camera enforcement in Los Angeles California.

I was traveling at a slow speed but just for some strange reason I did not catch the red light and by the time I braked to a stop, my front tires were a little past the second of the two lines. There was a small delay and then I saw one flash. I quickly reversed my car and did not see a second flash unless I missed it. I'm pretty sure it got a photo of my face and I have license plates in the front as well. Do you think I will be receiving a ticket? Technically I did not cross the intersection to be endangerment but i also know that they can use the fact that I could of endangered people on the sidewalk.... do you think because it was such an empty intersection it would increase the chances of it being tossed out?

There has been some debate from visitors from Asian and Arabic countries that they are being racially profiled and unfairly targeted by immigration officials on entry and Exiting western countries. Even looking like an Asian or Arabic will attract extra attention from immigration officials even though resident in a western Country. Is there any evidence of the racial profiling of Asians/ Arabics by immigration personnel?

As most Jihad terrorists fit the above profile it makes sense to do extra checks on this racial group doesn’t it?

I am saying everyone is checked thoroughly these days at ports of entry, but extra vigilance must be given to Asian, Arabic and North African peoples.

I am not a racist at all but I believe that you have to concentrate following the real evidence to catch your people. Am I right?

Are there any Jihadists out there that disagree with me?

Thank you for your input.

How can I get handcuffed, maybe placed in the back of a cop car, spend anywhere from a few hours to a weekend in jail, or even be maced or tasered by a cop? I'm looking to have one and or some or all of the above done by a cop to see what it feels like & to see what it it feels like to be arrested. Serious answers only please. Please no answers about needing mental help, etc, because I do not have a problem, I am just curious as to what it feels like. Please do not answer saying break a law & find out stuff either because I have no criminal record & am not looking to obtain one, in other words I do not want to get arrested for real & have a criminal record.
