I have been on parole for one year. I am attending a junior college with a 3.8 average. I have attended classes for 3 quarters and soon I will need to take classes that have field placements. I need to be off of parole to participate in this intership program. There is a possibility that I may have to do three more years on parole. I find out if I'm off parole in July or if I gotta do three more years. What can I do if I am stuck doing three more years of parole as this will cause me to have to possibly leave school?

first of all it depends on how long they put u on parole to begin with. Congradulations on doing good first of all. Now the new law is parole is only 13 months if you stay out of trouble. They will let you off early if you have not got in any trouble. You can take it to morsey hearing if you want to. Keep doing good and you will not have any problems. Keep in touch with your parole officer too. You also have the right to get your record expunged when u complete your parole too look into it and keep up the good work.

You should have thought about that before you did what got you on parole.
That sounds like a personal problem.
You can always ask your lawyer, in fact, please do, and let us know what he says.
