I strongly beleive that if a human kills another human he has lost ALL rights as a human, i understand there maybe a few cases of wrongful arrest etc but when your caught red handed doing any crime u should have a simple 3 strike warning... depending on how bad the crime is, if its murder and u was caught red handed you should be put down. end of. if u wasnt caught red handed and its not certain it was u but u go to jail anyways then u get a second chance. any other crime should get 3 simple warnings or a jail service THEN DEATH. we do this with animals but not humans??? humans make most animals the way they are so why are animals being prosicuted cos their human owner brings them up to attack etc??? anyways i know a few people who have been to jail and come out joking about how great it is in there. infact i know one guy who cant keep away from the place, most criminals r llike this, why waste our taxes on them? PUT THEM DOWN IF THEY ARE DANGEROUS OR COMEPLETLY UNHELPABLE!!

I had recently recieved a speeding ticket for doing 67 in a posted 55 on a four lane state highway, here is the catch though one direction is 65 and the other is 55. I have driven this stretch of state highway now for years and i know that not everyone does the 55 on the one side because when i do i get passed like i am standing still. So this is my question for anyone that could help, is there not some sort of law about having two different posted speed limits on the same stretch of highway?

Just to let all of you know, that if you get pulled over for drinking and driving and it is your first DUI, the following 3 things will happen.

1. $2000.00 Fine
2. 6 Months in jail
3. Drivers license suspended for 1 year

So all of you take care out there

And once again all three of these things will happen, not just one from the list.

One of the current telephone scams involves people calling you up and saying they are from the local courts of law. They will say that there is a bench warrant out for you, or that you have failed to appear, but that you can pay the fine over the phone. Then they ask for your social security number, a credit card number and the other information onthe card used for things like internet or telemarketing sales. Has this one started in your area yet? Pass the information along to family and friends so they don't get scammed.

I believe I got them for speeding, moving violation and no insurance at one time all in diffrent cities in Texas. I haven't driven since my DL was suspended yrs ago. I am wanting to go get my DL back. Do I have to still pay the fines or will they have expired? I live in Virginia now and want to get a new DL again. I know I will have to take a test over but what do I need to do to take care of all this so I can get to drive again.

What makes people think that when they see a Police Officer on a traffic stop, that now would be the best time to ask that officer a question??? I have been approached numerous times with questions for directions or legal advice while I am doing a traffic stop. I was just wondering if people stop to consider the danger they put themselves in, not to mention the danger to the Officer???

I am a 17 year old male in MA and i have been recently charged with posession of alcohol and 3 accounts of furnishing liquor to person under 21. I did not necessarily furnish alcohol to three random minors..they are friends of mine and i was drinking with them. I am scheduled to appear in court in february and need some input on a case like the this..i have a clean record and i was cooperative during the "interrogation" Would i be better off getting a lawyer or representing myself? Is it possible to get a continued without a finding? And what is my likely sentence.. i do not want to pay over a grand for a lawyer if i still haveto pay a grand+ in fines and court fees..ALL INPUT APPRECIATED AND MUCH NEEDED! thanks

For several months now I have been harassed by United States Customs Agents. Earlier this year I apparently had an "attitude" and was sent in for a secondary inspection and interrogated. Needless to say, their efforts were wasted when they couldn't find anything on me. Since then, I have been pulled into secondary inspection countless times they have never and WILL never find anything illegal in my posession. Social deviant or not... shouldn't they be concentrating their energy on the criminals? Should I complain to a Govenor or to the Customs Agency itself.
