Simple...call the law enforcement agency and ask. They SHOULD respond with courtesy. As a long time law enforcement official I would love to run an agency that examines quality control for police departments throughout the country. You are probably scared to call your local PD for this information. Most people are. But you shouldn't be. They should welcome your call and your interest.

Yes there is. It is called Freedom of information.
You can ask the police to send you a copy of your information held about you, (if anything) but it will cost you £10 to receive a record. If you don't see anything on the report from the police, then it is obvious they hold nothing about you on the National Police Computer (NPC) there will be nothing on file.

You probably won't be able to get an actual copy of the police report, but you can totally go in and ask...for instance...what types of incidents have happened around a specific area.
I did that once when I lived in an apartment complex....I was interested in the types of complaints that have occurred there....and they printed me off a list of the types of calls.
I didn't get names, etc, but I wasn't looking for that...I just wanted to know WHAT has happened, in general.

If someone lies about rape (let's contained in the pastime of equality, no longer aspect out gender) there are particularly some crimes they're committing. So throw the e book at them. it truly is dropping police time, slander, libel, defamation of personality - even with.

Usually, but make sure you have the exact address. The date of the crime would also be helpful.

This question is very broad. Most likley they will not give you information untill they have a closed case themselves.
