I am in the Military for 15 yrs now, and I am interested in becoming a Bounty Hunter. Cousin has several Bonds Companies all over Texas. What do I need in order to do this?

Your cousin should know the answer to this question, but all you need is a bond agency to represent you and be liable for you. Bounty hunting goes way back to the wild west and there are provisions on the books to date that give you the right to be a Bounty Hunter. Just a word of advise, since you want to be a Bounty Hunter in Texas, I don't know what city you plan on working in, but keep in mind that many dirtbags that skipped bond might be in Mexico, and Bounty Hunting in Mexico is illegal. Good luck dude, and bring em in.

Ask your cousin. You'll probably be need to be bonded or insured...but anyone can bring in a fugitive and collect the amount. Good luck
