Depends how far apart each offense was, timewise. Could be up to a year. Not certain for TX, though.

JUST ABOUT EVERY STATE IN THE UNION, I LIVE IN OREGON AND I KNOW ITS THIS WAY HERE, YOUR THIRD DUI IS A FELONY... IT USUALLY CARRIES 13 MONTHS HERE WITH THE FOURTH EVEN HIGHER. GOOD LUCK TO HIM!!
