Heh, heh....tell him to settle his affairs. I'd be willing to wager...hmmmmmm...maybe eight months to a year and revocation of license.
Of course he'll get out and drive drunk again....you know that don't you? Especially if he has no self control....which apparently is self evident here.

Depends how far apart each offense was, timewise. Could be up to a year. Not certain for TX, though.

JUST ABOUT EVERY STATE IN THE UNION, I LIVE IN OREGON AND I KNOW ITS THIS WAY HERE, YOUR THIRD DUI IS A FELONY... IT USUALLY CARRIES 13 MONTHS HERE WITH THE FOURTH EVEN HIGHER. GOOD LUCK TO HIM!!
