wasn't drunk
didn't break any laws or ordinances (police confirmed that)
they just wanted me to leave their town, because I made somebody unhappy...and they didn't want me getting in any fights...but wouldn't that be a little preemptive..when I was the one being threated by some other kids?

If they find the phone number they can call them, it's under the realm of investigation. If they called just to say you were drunk in the jail and needed a lift home, that's not kosher but what are you going to do about it? File a suit for defamation? You were drunk and you were in jail. It's not confidential information once you're booked it's public information.

Police are scumbags a lot of times. They will do anything they can think of to make your life miserable. A number of people that become police like the feeling of power. They feel powerful when they can impact a person's life. Some do it by doing good. Some do it anyway they can and laugh about it with their other scumbag cop friends over a dounut.
