(You got this in a forwarded email - right?)

Never heard of it. There are millions of PIN numbers out there, and it is a certainty that someone has your PIN number in a reverse order. If you were to enter that number, the ATM machine is not going to do anything but reject it, as it doesn't match up to the magnetic strip/bar code on your ATM card. The computer will simply ask you to resubmit the PIN number. And frankly, if I were being robbed, I would give the robber whatever they wanted, and then get the hell out of there, going directly to the police station, with a description of the robber (and most ATM kiosks have security cameras, too, to back up your report of being robbed). You can always get the bank to reimburse you for the stolen money - but you can't get your life back if you piss off someone with a gun.

I have never heard of it, but it sounds like a great idea!! However, dyslexic people might have an issue with it, or what happens if your number is the same backwards and forwards (5335)?? Hmmmmm...

My pin number is all the same numbers.........for example, 555555.......so I doubt that it's true, or I'd have been busted by now.
