Go to the Anderson website, should be under demographics, if not then there should be a link to the official PD website which will have a breakdown on crimes by neighborhood, unless anderson is a small town then check with the chamber of commerce.

The local paper is the easiest, it may have a crime page too reporting what has happened. Never rely on a Realtor. Talk to a local cop for the best information. Someone on the street or working an investigation division. They will more than likely will be happy to help. If you are not in the area yet, call the local police department and ask to speak to someone. You may get a little bit of the run around but eventually you will get the info you need. Email the editor of the local paper too.
