where do you think he's from?

I think he's either someone who's life was wrecked by a prostitue & he's on a derranged crusade or an unknown from america.

my deep sympathies of course go to the families involved.
People who're already having a rough time of it; it's a shame that they are made vulnerable in this way. I opposed institutionalised prostitution as an idea but that is definitely preferable to having street walkers at risk like this.

If you are pulled over for a minor traffic violation, would the police be able to search your vehicle if you told them not to? How can you prevent the officers from searching if you do not want them to?

I got a citation for Displayed Fictitious Number Plate in Colorado. (42-3-121 (1) (b).
I was driving my car that I had purchased from a lady that I work with. She left the tags on there and told me I could keep them. Now the care was registered, just not in my name. Is this correct? Should I have been charged with this? The officer took my plates at the scene, and I had to have my car towed. I got it registered today, in my name. I have to go to court because of this. If the charge is correct, what can happen to me when I go to court?? If there is anyone that might have advice for me, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks!!!

With the tragic killing in New York and other incidents across America. Should we all ask who truly Police's the police? And, should all Officer involved shootings should be handle by an independent Civillian Agency. One who can investigate the truth no matter what the outcome would be! I for one truly believe if you fire 50 shoots at people your intent is to kill! And to reload when you know your not being fired apon than something is serious wrong with the City of New York, the Mayor, the Governor, even the Congress Members and Senators and they all should step up in outrage concerning this matter!
One more incident could be the spark to ignited the tention in America! Which side do you stand for?

As the women were apparently poisoned, does this mean a woman could have killed the victims? Iv not heard yet of any conclusive rape or dna evidence, to say for sure it was a man. I realise it usually is, but what if the detectives are looking in the wrong place?

I live in what I thought was a good safe apartment. I was relatively close with the landlord, her son in law is the maintenance man for the apartments. Well I noticed that after I had my c-section and my two other major surgeries stuff in my house started to seem to be moved around. I didn't think anything of it until I moved out of that apartment and into a townhouse but in the same complex. I had broken my ankle and was unable to gather the rest of my stuff from my old apartment. Well I got a phone call from the landlord who said she "instinctively" thought to check my door handle to see if it was locked she said it was unlocked. which it always is and so are the windows, when I had gone down to check it out the door was locked even the deadbolt and all the windows were locked but stuff had been stolen and someone would have had to had a key to lock the door and to get in and other than me the landlords have the extra keys. Now that I have moved I have noticed that my bottom

PIN NUMBER REVERSAL

If you should ever be forced by a robber to withdraw money from an ATM
machine, you can notify the police by entering your PIN # in reverse.

For example if your pin number is 1234 then you would put in 4321. The ATM
recognizes that your pin number is backwards from the ATM card you placed in the machine.

The machine will still give you the money you requested, but unknown to
the robber, the police will be immediately dispatched to help you.

I know I would make a great detective or PI. I would love to work for the police, but without becoming an officer, I wonder if it is even possible.

What do I need to break into this field?

If it doesnt seem likely, what other similar fields would you reccomend?
