With the tragic killing in New York and other incidents across America. Should we all ask who truly Police's the police? And, should all Officer involved shootings should be handle by an independent Civillian Agency. One who can investigate the truth no matter what the outcome would be! I for one truly believe if you fire 50 shoots at people your intent is to kill! And to reload when you know your not being fired apon than something is serious wrong with the City of New York, the Mayor, the Governor, even the Congress Members and Senators and they all should step up in outrage concerning this matter!
One more incident could be the spark to ignited the tention in America! Which side do you stand for?

The vast majority of police officers are honest hard working people who do their jobs and obey the law and the rules. A few of the cops on the outside fring who make a mistake make the news. The average cop is not a good 10:00 story.
In some rare cases special circumstances are required, but those are just that. Rare.
Police are there to serve and protect and the majority do their job and do it well.

Do you somewhat imagine "inefficient" is a large note? besides, you're displaying a particular quantity of lack of information contained in the police's position in crime help. the only decision predictor of crime is the monetary situations, both macro and micro...the 2d is administration of occupation/consumer-friendly criminals interior the criminal justice gadget. Detection, arrest and conviction charges are in any respect time highs in my state for all criminal aspect crimes. even with the undeniable fact that, detention center words and incarceration charges are in any respect time lows...easily a sensible guy like your self (fantastically sensible as you comprehend what "inefficient" ability) can artwork out what those tendencies recommend for the crime price. yet for sure this wasn't a honest question, as evidenced by your unsupported assertion of there being "TOO FEW" good police.

due to my personal beliefs about some drugs, i believe police arresting drug users are criminals regardless of what the law says, because the police has the authority to NOT arrest the person. i dont morally and personally consider a criminal everything the courts due, because the courts decisions are either ruled by money or actually the rule of the majority, but i dont think like everyone.
i do believe someone is a criminal who arrests someone for a non violent offense such as purchasing weed or smoking it in their house, regardless if its a citizens arrest or the police. i dont care what the law says because i have my own mind and opinions.

I believe in most cases the police are policing--the reason you hear about the other cases is because it's NOT USUAL. Why would you read a story called "A policeman arrests a drug dealer" or "A policeman protects a man". These are everyday occurances.

all people, regardless of color or social status ,will do all right if they simply follow police instructions when asked to do so. any time a police points a gun at someone and has to shoot, they shoot to kill.

They weren't being fired on, but the guy was still in control of a deadly weapon. They did what it took to stop him.
