It usually depends on the strength of the prosecutors case against you, with a lack of evidence and if it is your first offense then you can probably get the charge reduced!!

All depends on the original charge and the county or city you live in. It also matters if it's a high profile case. Example if you got busted with an eight ball good luck! If you got busted with 1 rock that would probably get lowered to misdemeanor use

Staying clean and no re-charges for at least 7 years. Then you can go and petition, Keep in mind is cost$$. Depending on the case, it may not be possible. You can however, request that your records be sealed, but again, only after 7 years.

She withdrew her plea agreement. Odds are that was a very bad move. She is likely to spend MUCH more time in jail now.

slim to none and slim just left the building. if you do not have a record it could possibly be reduced you will need a good paid attorney court appointed attorneys usually wont fight for it not all of them but most

You'll have to have carnal knowledge of the judge, the prosecutor and a couple of his buddies, and the arresting officer and his partner ... that should do it!
