Just seems to me that they are more solid than cons when it comes to snitching and comradery. I don't think that there is any honour left among thieves!

Tony Blair now says he wants the National DNA Database expanded to include everyone in the UK, this to enhance the ability of the police to solve crimes. Highly commendable but critics say this will be linked to the national identity card that is one of his pet projects. No other EU country is planning anything like this DNA database for all it's citizens. There are so many possible misuses by the government of the system that it worries me.Remember your DNA can be taken if your arrested for any reason and even if found to be innocent your DNA record will be retained by the police which means the government. George Orwell in '1984' never dreamed of this!.

My friend just found out that her ex and his new girlfriend have started a myspace account pretending to be her with a hotmail account they locked her out of. They have very rude and untrue things on the page and have been sending rude messages to people as her. Is there anything legally she can do to get them in trouble for this?

Is there a way I can train my dog (white shepard) to do the commands that the K-9 unit uses? I want her to protect my family in case of emergencies, opposed to owning a gun. I have children in the house and would rather not own a gun. But she is 8 months old, is it too late to teach her these commands and where can i find a manual or techniques to teach her these things?

Thank you very much!!

This bastard posted that horrid photograph as his avatar, see link below, this is as explicit as it gets, it is a pic of what he claims to be himself clearly raping his niece. If any of you know how to get this son of a b*itch to the proper authorities, not just the Yahoo! Customer Care thing, please do not hesitate.

I was issued a speeding ticket on 9/26/06 for doing a few mph over the limit. Now I am new to California and was suprised to see that the amount you owe is not posted right on the ticket and you are acutally sent a notice of the amount you owe by mail. The two weeks that I was told came and went when I then noticed the ticket was missing my apt # but then again so does my drivers license. I then decided to call the court clerk to let them know of the problem and she said oh that it was not a problem and that the ticket was still valid and would be still valid but because of the apt# missing I should check online for the ticket status. Well I have been doing so daily for the last two weeks and the ticket was yet to be posted. Both the ticket number and my drivers license number pull up no citations. I called the clerk again and she said to simply just appear to court the day my ticket was due. So I am going to show up the 26th but i wanted to know does anyone has any idea whats going on

Everytime I go to my meeting he tells me how stupid I am for living with my boyfriend of 5 years. How Im going no place in like with him...how he is never going to want to marry a criminal like me! He just goes on and on in a way that makes me feel uncomftorable. My boyfriend has nothing to do with why i am on probation, so does my PO have the right to say things like that all the time?

Can they take them off if they move out of state? Lawfully move, and set up probation with the new state, I mean. Not run and be a fugitive!

I sold a car while in CA. I've since moved to PA and I submitted movement forms to the CA DMV as I was supposed to. But, the CA DMV aparently didn't get the "Notice of Release of Liability" from the new owner of the car and thinks that not only do I still own it, but that I am still at my old address. I've gotten the 2nd notice where they are threatening to keep my CA tax refund and all sorts of nastyness unless I send them money. According to their own insturctions, the "new buyer must apply for transfer" using the form. If the new buyer did, aparently the DMV lost the forms. How do I rectify this? I don't have the new buyer's name or address. Please tell me I'm not the first person this has happened to. There must be a way to tell the DMV what happened. I tried calling but only get recorded messages.
