Pedophilia is soul destroying, many victims never recover emotionally no matter how much therapy or medications there are given. There is NO evidence to suggest they pedophiles can be rehabilitated so YES they should be castrated, shot, hung, drawn and quartered.
I'm a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, more than that I am an incest survivor. I say survivor because I have done my therapy and am as healed as a person can be from this. I am no longer a victim but I still have issues with trust and this affects all of my relationships.

There is a lot to consider on this subject. Some people used to think that prison would somehow punish these sick individuals into thinking of children as children again. It does not.
Being molested as a child used to be a hushed subject, and families avoided the "perv" in the family, or children were scared into keeping there little mouths shut, and life just went on. Some children actually grew up thinking this was 'Normal".
In the 70's, speaking out about being violated was encouraged in public announcements, and then in schools it was offered to children on a regular basis. It was a good thing. Now a lot of kids expose their molesters. But with that fear, these perverts have obviously decided that killing the victim saves them from prison, so there are more dead victims.
Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
Social Security does not view a traumatized child as handicapped, injured or suffering long term damage.
The conviction used to be 3-8 years, then it went up over the years, what is it now minimum 17?
Truth is, it is a lifetime for that child. A LIFE-TIME. Resilient as children are, it is a scar that is there with or without vivid memories.
It should at least be a life in prison sentence.
They are useless creatures, sentencing them to death takes so long, death row is a lifetime.

pedophilia is a disease of the mind. so is being a sociopath. neither one can controll their urges. one kills a person. the other kills a persons spirit. I've seen the effect that a pedophile has on a persons life. the victim never heals. there is always a fear that your attacker will find you again, or look you up especially. a pedophile is one who tortures the mind of their victims for life. this is an offense that deserves death.

ABSOLUTELY!!! Without question. This is a person that will statistically re-offend, they are not sick, pedophilia is not a disease - CANCER is AIDS is. They should be placed in front of a firing squad - bullets are inexpensive - or better yet HUNG - rope is really cheap. Why pay to warehouse someone for the rest of their life...3 hots and a cot is not punishment!!!!! Kill them all!

the best punishment is the prison is worse of the death

No. Why does molestation = death penalty? I guess I've never been subjected to such, but I just have a different view about this than other people (more specifically the religious zealots...). I think people who murder are at least a rung higher up... I mean, they KILLED the person. Now, if the pedophile strangled the kid, then that's another story.

No. Death is such an easy punishment. They should get life in prison, that way they can get harassed and their asses beat from the other inmates. Pedophiles have bullseyes on their backs when they get into jail, the murderers, drug dealers, whatnots hate them.

If the problems associated with pedophiles is as bad as reported I think they should be convicted for life and put to work
building and maintaining their very own penal colony.

Most of them turn out to be repeat offenders & many have murdered their victims. Giving them death does seem to be giving them the easy way out. In my opinion, they should be locked up for life & not allowed an opportunity to prey upon more children.
