The U. S. criminal justice system is predicated upon past judicial decisions. These decisions may be upheld or overruled by present or future judicial decisions. The American Bar Association certifies lawyers who have their own agenda as to the most effective and efficient methods of securing "justice" for the people.

The judicial system, as it exists in America, will accept no changes. Schools/Universities graduating students of law will not allow those who are uneducated in "the law" to usurp their authority.

If I could make changes, I would:

1. Eliminate the Juvenile Justice System when a juvenile is blatantly responsible for the death of another individual.

2. Administer the death penalty immediately for anyone convicted of causing the death of another. Allow no appeals after a jury has convicted, and recommended, death.

3. Eliminate plea bargaining just because judges are overworked. Teachers are overworked, but we don't eliminate the public school system. Doctors and nurses are overworked, but we don't eliminate medical care.

1.) If a person if PROVEN to have murdered someone, they go straight to death row. NO waiting. It costs $80,000 a year to hold one prisoner in a high-security prison. That's more than the average American household makes.

2.) Police need more funding. That's an obvious.
2a.) This is extra but cops need to quit treating perfectly good citizens like total ****.

3.)Speeding tickets should start at 10 mph over the limit instead of 1. Like when you get pulled over for going 5 over and some passes you going 95.

4.)Court system is flawed completely. Don't get me into that.

The lists goes on but I'll stop there.
